Because I took them only to the UTC and never the doctors office during the pandemic. I was also homeless during the pandemic. But at the point my ex made false allegations on me to cps I had an apartment & we were doing good.. & we were happy. I’ve been fighting cps over 2 years now. I got custody of my toddlers 7 months ago & the court case closed but cps won’t let us go.. the system is terrible. Truly. I love my kids. I fought hard… It was brutal. Honestly, I almost gave up twice. But only for moments… I don’t know.. I am afraid to talk about it too much but it matters so much!!! My kids came back to me TRAUMATIZED. Every day still we are struggling but trying to recover. This life, is harder than the life we had before. This life is worse. But I’m committed & mindful.. my intentions are good… It’s our actions that really define who we are & what we are capable of… I’ve learned the hard way. So… power to you, respect to you, appreciation for you & love.
