    Sooji-1/2 cup
    Curd-1/2 cup
    Green chillies-2+1
    Garlic-4-5
    Ginger-1/2 inch
    Salt to taste
    Paneer-150 gms
    Grated carrot-1/4 cup
    Grated cucumber-1/4 cup
    Chopped capsicum-1/4 cup
    Chopped onion-1/4 cup
    Chopped green chilli-2
    Chat masala-1/4 tsp
    Black pepper powder-1/4 tsp
    Garam masala-1/4 tsp
    Red chilli powder-1/8tsp
    Chopped coriander-2 tbsp
    Ghee for drizzling
