- A while back we were sent a mattress by Tesmanian. Finally, a few months ago, we got the chance to use it when we went camping with Out of Spec Studios. A couple people have asked us for our thoughts about the mattress so we wanted to share about the experience.

I just saw on FB that there's an inflatable mattress now for Mach-E. From the picture it appears to be wider, and being inflatable, it travels more compactly.
Yeah! I watched The Brown Dude's channel and he did a video on it. I think it looks much more preferable to be honest! Maybe we will have to try it and compare. - Liv

I love camping in my leaf. I can't wait to do more of it!! I miss that camp fire smell!! Most places we've been it's 1am so no fire then, too tired haha!! Happy travels!! 👋🏼

You didn't mention how to set up Mach e camp mode like Tesla has camp mode to be selected.
You should try it again, maybe the Magneride will make it more comfortable 😆

Maybe the answer is obvious, but I don't know. If you are sleeping in your car with the PaaK and/or fob, can somebody open the door from the outside?
They shouldn't be able to...since you can lock your key in the car. But we should test it out! - Liv
That mattress doesn't seem like it was actually designed for the Mach-E, it should take up the full width, and it looks too long as well.
Ya I think honestly they just reused their model Y one. There is an inflatable mattress and pillow set that looks lovely and more appropriately sized. Maybe we will need to test that instead! - Liv
How was the slope of the rear seat re: comfort? I would think that it would make one feel like they were sliding toward the rear, unless parking in a spot where the front of the vehicle was lower than the rear to compensate.
Been enjoying your Mach-e videos. Looking at buying an EV after driving a Kia Niro EV for a month while my Lexus SC400 was being painted. I currently have a '16 Malibu hybrid, which I need to dump. Love the Mach-e design but am curious what your thoughts are on the touchscreen. I'm curious about the size, response, and placement.
You get used the size and placement quickly. The only time that I notice that it is laggy is sometimes when I first start the car. Overall, I think Ford has done a good job with SYNC 4A. It's rather intuitive and they making it easy to access essential features while driving.
Does Mach-E has the camping mode?
