  • I was on the fence for a while about getting a 3D printer - but then this came along!
I tested and reviewed the Kingroon KLP1, a new high speed CoreXY FDM 3D Printer.
It has an all-in-one Klipper Mainboard, but was easy to setup and go?

I would love to see actual pieces that you will print for gaming or even miniatures. I am very curious how the end-product will look like and how the print quality will be!! I hope you enjoy your new toy and by the way I really like your channel!!

I'm super excited, I didn't think I would get one any time soon but seeing it in action was awesome! What a time we live in haha 😄

Really curious why a channel like this one, other then just getting one, would get in to a fdm printer 😮

I've always been fascinated with the technology and being able to create something at home is intriguing, I'm going to be added more scenery building / crafting to the channel next year to expand on the hobby I do and the printer will be great for little nic nacs like barrels and other small scenery bits.
I'm very much looking forward to expanding the channel :):)
Plus I want to get games on here too! 😃

@@SwordsandBrushes having both a fdm and a ressin printer i really do think you would be amazed how much nicer the ressin stuff is for these kind of things^^

It's as if a Bambu Lab P1S and a Ender 5 S1 met secretly in a dark room (because they know they don't belong together) and had an illegitimate child. The child was locked away in the basement because it had to be hidden and somehow escaped only for the rest of 3D world to go WHAT THE HELL IS THAT THING?
But hey if it got you into 3D printing its at least it's serving a purpose.
Good Luck on your 3D PRINTING ADVENTURES.

      @@SwordsandBrushes LEARN FROM YOUR FAILURES!!
You will have Failures. That's part of 3D printing. Whether it's filament related, machine related, slicer related. Whatever it is. WHEN you fail, don't let it set you back. Your going to have failures in all different areas of 3D printing. But you have to LEARN from it. So you don't repeat it OR even be able to spot something ahead of time (Spidey sense) before it happens.
ALSO Remember the WINS too. They are what keep you printing. Remember THOSE settings and how your machine or materials react when it goes right as well.
Luckily you got a machine that will handle SOME of the basic pitfalls for you.
The entire 3D Community's Goal is to HELP you get better. If you get better then you help those around you get better. Either by helping them learn or advancing what others before you have done. There are PLENTY of Social Media Groups and Maker Events that are there to help you along the journey.
      LEARN FROM YOUR FAILURES!!
      Hope that helps
      Happy Printing!!!

hello, I tried the same print as yours in standard, but the filament stops going out of the extruder during the print, the Strats again, do you have an idea why? I use the white test filament that is provide with the printer

Howdy, i've only used it a couple of times so far as i just got some more PLA not too long ago and i'm in between projects.
The only thing i can think of is maybe its snagging at the rear so it doesnt come through, or the heat is not consistent/ right temperature.
How have you been since your comment? :)
