The Police actually handled that well.
WTF? The customer complained that she was terrified of the police, but had no problem waiting for them to arrive. Then the police told her that she could wait for her husband. Cops should never allow that. How do they know he isn't going to come in violently. Terrible police work.

She had every right to sit there if she is a stakeholder at that bank she has every right to sit there and get her information together. Lastly I agree with u that was terrible police work she should've been arrested or cited for misuse of 911
@@fucu41 Why would she run for the police? For the reasons she stated: She thinks the cops love to kill black people and she feared for her life. Or, perhaps the truth is that she fabricated her fear in order to press the BLM agenda for an easy payday. That sounds more like it.

It's sad they allow managers like this to be hired
@circusbrains oh yes 🤡🤡🤡 🧠 🧠, Did you not hear the news say that they have multiple racial discrimination complaints against that one particular branch?? That states very clearly that there is an underlying issue. More than likely the issue is that karen of a branch manager! A little bit of common sense and logical reasoning goes a very long way.

She's white...never gonna happen.
This is the solution we need. It would certainly lighten the heavy-handedness of lame individuals who, with these ridiculous calls, render officers unavailable to do serious work.
💯
But 🤣😂
Yess
Good for the cop for handling the situation properly and clarifying to the manager that just because her feelings were hurt doesn't mean that any laws were broken. He put that Karen in check. Need more of that and less of dirty cops who conspire with these manipulative individuals who discriminate and misuse the law and emergency services.
Kudos to the cop for standing up for this lady and against this so-called bank manager
You should see "Banking while Black" in Minneapolis. The City of Minneapolis and the State Police let looters and arsonists run wild on 05/28/2020. They broke into one Wells Fargo branch and looted it and closed it down. What does Wells Fargo do a couple years later?? Makes it the "first black bank!"
@@iamgermane whoa
If a customer is rude to a manager, it isn't a crime. However, the bank manager can throw the customer out and the customer has to leave. If they don't, then it becomes a police matter. If the customer refuses the cop's orders to leave, it becomes a criminal violation.
@@JohnnieWalkerDreadthe cops didn't tell her to leave.

Good question
I bet had they not blurred out her face, she would've screamed defamation from the incident even though she created said incident. 😂

The fact that Chase "disagree with the allegation" tells you all you need to know. If they feel that this kind of behaviour from a branch manager is acceptable, they have a profound cultural problem.

Chase doesn't fire people for this kind of behavior, which is why I closed my accounts a few years ago and moved to a better bank with better morals.
When I received my first social security check, chase told me that I had to wait 10 days to use any of the funds (yep. That’s what they said a treasury check). I politely emptied my account and went to my Mom’s bank and opened an account. They said the money was available. Chase thought that because I’m black I’m stupid. Credit unions treat their working class and middle class customers much better than banks do. If you aren’t top 2%, I say: use a credit union instead.
Hubby and I went to our local credit union to obtain a loan. The person in whose office we sat was rude. She left the office for a few minutes and when she came back, told us our loan was denied. Mind you, hubby was an E-6 in the military at that time with $0 debt. And we both had good credit ratings. We left and filed the paperwork for the loan via mail and were immediately approved for a loan. I also went to that same credit union to refinance our car which I'd been prepaying. The lady waited until I signed all the paperwork to laughingly tell me I'd overpaid so much, I had $3,000 equity in the vehicle. And that she could have given me the $3,000 in cash as part of the new loan for the car. But since I'd already signed the paperwork it was too late. Huh?! Now, we do business solely with the bank I've been with for over 30 yrs and only keep pocket change in the credit union. Since we're level 5 (highest level) customers, hubby and I never have to stand in line at the teller's window to handle transactions. Everything is done in the privacy of an office with the branch manager or our private banker. Not the kind of service I'd expect from a credit union.
Yes, I was just thinking this! My credit union put all of my birthday money into someone else's account! I provided a receipt and without question they quickly apologized and corrected everything! I received apologies from the teller and a few other people. They did their part to make it right, and I will always be grateful for the way they treat their customers.
Not necessarily
I'm not encouraging her to get fired or else there might be mass shooting in the road by her!
I’m working class and am treated like gold. Probably as something to do with the customer’s attitude most of the time.
Bank manager phoned police cos she thought the lady was 'a bit rude' ! Bad enough that she wasn't, but having watched a bunch of these vids, it seems like people over there (the US) will phone the police over just about anything, no matter how petty...

I have been a Chase Bank customer for decades and had assets of over 100k in their bank when I went to do business at their Olympia Washington branch a few years ago. After being there for a little while and because of certain medications, I needed to use the bathroom and asked to use it. It took an act of congress to get someone to care. Security told me to exit the bank and go down the block to use a bathroom. This is the service they provide to long-term customers. I moved most of my money out!
Not most ALL
Years ago my grandfather had the same experience at a credit union. He had urinary problems and had to go frequently. When asked to use the bathroom they said they had no public restrooms, he pleaded with them and they didn't care. I took him around to the Alley in back and he got out and did his business.
