Brilliant video, lovely Drone shots. And hello too all the farmers of New Zealand from England 🏴 🇬🇧
Great video as always, i love the shots of the MF760 combine, i bought that as a toy in the early 90’s from toy manufacturer Britains, i still have it!!! My kid is playing with it.
Awesome video. I liked the vintage MF combine and Bedford truck most. Thumbs up 👍👍👍
I think this is one of your best videos lately. Just shows of perfectly how varied farming in NZ is. Good Job!

That Bedford truck and the Massey Ferguson combine rulz, nice to see also old machinery still at work.
Beautiful country. Great video, thanks for showing us how they farm around the world.

Brilliant video! Really nice compilation, some great Machinery featured & superbly put together, huge effort gone in to this video & the outcome is really good!
Keep on going mate!
Dankje! Ja, er komt nog een korte video die ik gemaakt heb op het Noorder eiland. Ik ben een paar keer door Rakaia heen gekomen, vlakbij die lange smalle brug.
Hope you had a good time here in Gods own, there are a lot of European folk come here for the harvest
season. I live in West Otago whichnow has a lot of Dairy but still sheep and beef farming when you get
above the flat country.
Regards from NZ.
Why people come there?
Ye I’m from oral aswell and we have a lot of good steep country to work we’re contractors around here to
My favorites are the old Bedford truck and the Massey Ferguson 760 combine from the '70s.
KM Bedfords.

Goed bezig kerel.
Thank you for your work making video's.
Yeah loved the fact the Case had choked but the old 760 was just chewin along, lol.
I was just telling a friend about your channel and it's great that your most recent videos are from home!! It would have made a cool video if the irrigation pipes were moving when you flew over. If you go to central Otago, around Wanaka, it used to be so obvious the big round circles of green where the irrigators could reach.
Nice video . Boy that MF 760 is in nice shape. So with the onion crop is there more crying going on the better the crop is eh. Interesting thank you. 🇨🇦
Good to see the classic Bedford truck still working
I like this kind of farming
Great video. Last time I was working on farms out there was 1979 !!! Things a lot different now. Love the old Massey combines and the first time I have seen a JD header on a New Holland Combine. I wonder if the Chart and Alexander families still farm near Christchurch.
That's a great harvesting!

New Zealand , The pure , beautiful and virgin nature and weather , away from dirty world because it is

Mooie video!
Amazing machines.👍👍👍
Good video
Good video enjoyed watching different to stuff you see in the Uk
Super mooie video!
Love these farming videos from outside the US. Is it just me or is there never bad weather or mud? 😐
I mentioned this in a similar video, surely there is a lot of loss of lime, couldn't a water tank spread a mist of water in the air to bring the lime down onto the land?
Amazing how much German machinery has got all the way to NZ!
historical machines from Bedford and MF
Great Video !
Nice, I thought Tractorspotter where located in the Netherlands - New Zealand is quite some distance.. :)
I'm living in the Netherlands, but my sister is living in NZ. I combined family visits with some filming ;)
😍😍
Beautiful countryside..thought it was Canterbury England to start with until I saw the Isuzu truck
AYE MID CANTERBURY!!!!!!.
Hello Tractorspotter:
When Massey Ferguson sold combines in New Zealand, they didn't have to mount the cabs on the right side of the machine??? Must've felt pretty awkward & foreign for the operators.
7:36 I’m not sure why it’s quite satisfying to see old-school machineries in the modern age 🤔
Beacuse they are still usefull? :) and modern ones can be really expensive? :)
MrJOlle007 I see.. using the right tool for the right job..
1:25 Parabéns o video.
Canterbury plains
نیوزی لینڈ میں واقع ہیں ۔۔ کیا یہ معلومات درست ہیں؟؟؟؟
Muy buen video!! Genial!
Technology is the future
This my favorite movie
Wow, better be no stones in the field harvesting clover.
Fields are heavy rolled several times in the spring....and very carefully.
Is that a fire in the distance 1:48? Interesting variety of trucks; a Bedford TM!

@@cameronhorner7058 I don't think that's allowed in the UK now

How long are you in Nz for
I'm back in Holland now, this was filmed in last February. But i'm planing to come back for next harvest season ;)
👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Esta. bien. chido
Hi, 8:48 why cut and pick up technology is used there?
yeah im curious too, from my understanding usually its to let it dry out and pick up/process with combine harvester at a later date when dry but i can't think of why it would be done right after one another. Hopefully someone can educate on why, great video though!
The farmer probably doesn’t have a flex head for the combine I’d imagine. Many operators here in Mid Canterbury get low crops windrowed for that reason. And that crop looks like white clover which is sprayed off before harvesting.
1:25 Parabéns o video.
@@mattellis6306 reason was that the flex head had broke and had no other option before the rain
How about a bailing video of those hemp stalks & explain that use
So Beautiful I Love you
Real
Wow
Really nice video!
Soo here do the unions come from that made our prices drop so much we don’t earn a penny on them this year
Wow! Can you ever notice the big difference between the new specialized equipment on Nederland farms and the ancient machines running around on the fields of New Zealand.
Muito bom
1:48 what is the massive explosion in the background
Hello Some bloke:
Smoke from a forest fire?
@@MCatSHF Burning off crop residue is very common, especially in Canterbury. It's a quick easy way to make the trash just disappear and then you have nice trash free ground which is easy to work.
Destroys the Pom image of a Kiwi farmer as a yokel in a patched boiler suit, old gumboots and felt hat, chewing a paspalum stalk, perched on the iron seat of an old Fergie 28 as he brings in his herd of forty-five Jersey cows to be milked in a walk-through cow shed powered by an old Lister diesel engine.
💡
The new Holland combine with a John t header is annoying me
8:25 what is this John Deere machine called?

I know all those farmers from Wakanui / Ashburton
Is that an erupting volcano at 1:50? 😮😮😮

Hi I don't have time to explain, Live animal export to America is about to end - if you or your children research my facebook page on the Strong Sista's video I posted today. Later tonight at midnight I will explain why it will happen and why farmers should withdraw funds from BNZ bank straight away. On Facebook and RUclips always: Aarron Brunner I don't have time to research NZ and Aussie farmers who will be affected?
