Hi Maria! The stinging isn’t normal, especially with snail mucin products since they’re supposed to super gentle. You might have a damaged moisture barrier (very common while on retinol) - would recommend vaseline at night after your moisturizer and lots and lots of spf during the day!

I love COSRx as well. I’ve also started using Numbuzin and am quite happy with their toner and serum. I think their US website is very clear. I don’t have sensitive skin but it shrinks my pores & hydrates amazingly. I have used 3 serum and 3 toner.

You should try Korean exfoliating cloths. The amount of dead skin they get off is kind of disturbing but your skin is literally baby soft and absorbs products better afterwards
@@louisianaseiba4268 Just search them on Amazon. There's 4 colors: pink, green, yellow and blue. They're different strengths, I think that's the order they go in, you can look that up too. And like the other person said, they have a couple plack stripes and slip over your hand. I find the best thing to do is shampoo my hair and put the conditioner in, maybe shave my legs or wash my face, just do whatever to pass some time so you've been under the water for a few minutes so the skin is soft and ready to come off. Small, circular motions seem to work best, make sure to rinse the skin and cloth frequently because that skin will build up and "clog" the cloth. Oh and you don't need to do this every day, maybe a couple times a week at most. Other than that, make sure to use a good moisturizing lotion after the shower and be extra careful in the sun for a few days because your newly exfoliated skin will be a bit more sensitive. That goes away in a day or so though and seems to get better the more you do this. I know that was long but I hope it helped!
Some brands I think you'd like are Purito, Benton, and I'm From. COSRX is also a good one. These are all cruelty free and have good ingredients. Purito has an unscented buffet serum that has been very lovely for my picky skin. Snail mucin is a fantastic ingredient so I hope the snail cream works well for you!

The Cosrx low ph good morning gel cleanser and pimple patches saved my skin! I also love the BHA blackhead power liquid, it’s so gentle! I apply cushion foundation just like you did and then spot conceal with my holy grail Korean concealer: Clio kill cover airy fit! I think my shade, 1.5, would be a good match for you too, Maria! The applicator is tiny and a little product goes a long way, plus it never oxidizes yellow/orange.

Asian skincare products are really great (might be biased as im asian). I recommend cosrx and sulwhasoo products for skin and missha or laneige for bb/cc cream compacts, both are full coverage and hasnt broken me out (i have sensitive eczema skin). Good luck on your asian beauty journey :)
Hi gorgeous,I have been using the Cosrx snail skincare for a couple of months and it is amazing. You can get a trial pack 4 pcs called all about snail trial kit which has cleanser,power essence, eye cream and moisturiser. Try this first I use that all in one cream at night and the cosrx hydrium moisture power enriched cream for daytime. Also the cosrx centella Water alcohol free toner is a must have it really calms the skin. Hope this helps.
oh my gosh how the years go past I remember that snail cream being all the rage and my grandmother getting it and me trying it too xD I think when you wiped off the face some baby wipes can also irritate the skin particularly in the face as it's thinner and also the fact a lot of them have perfumes and alcohols on them too and the applying the cream on top of the skin +alcohol present in the cream and the acne scars heeeeee I feel the pain.
I tried an Etude House lip stain once, and was disappointed because it just highlighted how much I chew my lips 😅 The uneven skin texture stained drastically differently, so it just made my lips look extra sore and damaged. Too bad, because I really liked the colour, otherwise.
That carved powder packaging is giving me some serious Sailor Moon brooch vibes. Little me in the late 90's would have loved it! GORGEOUS PACKAGING indeed ❤️.

I have been using snail essence from corxs and I love it, it works great under moisturizer or with some HA. I would not rely on it tho as moisturizer alone but I think it is a good hydrating product
@@SassyMashaVlogs The snail product is meant to go under moisturizer, which then goes under sunscreen. The moisturizer it's as much of a barrier for your skin as the sunscreen.

I really love Catkin! They have amazing products, and some of their lipsticks’ carvings are so beautiful it kind of hurts a little to use them. And it’s also a rather cheap brand so that’s nice.
I loveeeee the cosrx snail cream!! It gas helped my acne scars soo much and i usually layer vaseline (slugging) as an occlusive to lock in the moisture. I have combo acne/oily skin and it makes me gloww and i love the results after sleep
Such beautiful packaging on the BB cream and the powder! Look at getting the yes style advent calendar! Absolutely worth it based on last year's. Highly rec the innisfree matte mineral face powder. It does smell a bit medicinal, but fades fast and truly does blur pores. It has the best powder puff in it too. It looks small but it lasts a long time, and wears well. I get a decent 3-4 hours over makeup in summer. It's my favorite powder, and works well as a last step over regular translucent powder. I'm From Fig cleansing balm. Or the Banila cleansing balm. Life changing. Yes, you do need to cleanse after but that's really quick to do in the shower with a gentle cleanser, like cetaphil or something. Those cleansing balms completely remove my eye makeup, even tightlined eyeliner, so no more eye makeup remover & then cleaning my face, it's faster imo. They don't burn my eyes, and while it feels weird imo, I can open my eyes even with the cleansing balm smeared all over, lol. I use that, step in the shower & wet my hands to emulsify the balm, rinse then 2nd cleanse with a gentle cleanser. It can be anything. Klairs supple preparation toner is nice, you layer it to help actually hydrate your skin so thicker serums work better/seal in moisture. There's an unscented version too. Rovectin has a thicker toner, and it's just so nice. No scent, is more... Hydrating so less layers than the Klairs. I use this at night and the Klairs in the morning, bc I want to boost my moisturizer, but want something faster absorbing 😹 Otherwise I like the Misha Magic M cover cushion and Moonshot's micro setting fit cushion. I'm kind of in between shades atm though, or haven't found a good powder (besides the innisfree) that doesn't make them look like they're oxidizing. 😞 The PeriPera matte lipsticks are super comfortable, it's so light weight but not drying I had a hard time finding accurate swatches, but warm beiges don't look good on me. A berry or red would be a safe choice. I just so wanted to love the pink milk tea color 😭 And I think... Moonshot also has a gloss/stain that's very comfortable but wears evenly. I just haven't got it nearby.

Dear women out there, the natural products are the best for your skin and your health. Just try to massage your skin with hot (old) towel untill your skin gets rosy and shiny. Everything will come off, dead skin cells, black heads, your pores will be open. Than wet your skin with luke warm water and massage a few drops of good organic jojoba-oil, mixed with 1 drop of rose-oil. The massage is the key. You will be amazed by the results. As a makeup remover i also use just wet cotton pad with jojoba-oil on it. And that's ist. Your skin will thank you.
I started using an over-the-counter retinol cream and a lactic acid in my routine and I think my skin might've started looking older. I always take notes whenever you show something new.

I LOVE cushions! The coverage is very light, it's like a gentle blurring for your pores and color and it's so good for your skin, like a CC cream.
I've been using TROIAREUKE H+ Cushion Foundation which has SPF in it, but I'll be trying the one you recommended next!

Asian skincare products are really great (might be biased as im asian). I recommend cosrx and sulwhasoo products for skin and missha or laneige for bb/cc cream compacts, both are full coverage and hasnt broken me out (i have sensitive eczema skin). Good luck on your asian beauty journey :)

Hi gorgeous,I have been using the Cosrx snail skincare for a couple of months and it is amazing. You can get a trial pack 4 pcs called all about snail trial kit which has cleanser,power essence, eye cream and moisturiser. Try this first I use that all in one cream at night and the cosrx hydrium moisture power enriched cream for daytime. Also the cosrx centella Water alcohol free toner is a must have it really calms the skin. Hope this helps.

oh my gosh how the years go past I remember that snail cream being all the rage and my grandmother getting it and me trying it too xD I think when you wiped off the face some baby wipes can also irritate the skin particularly in the face as it's thinner and also the fact a lot of them have perfumes and alcohols on them too and the applying the cream on top of the skin +alcohol present in the cream and the acne scars heeeeee I feel the pain.

I tried an Etude House lip stain once, and was disappointed because it just highlighted how much I chew my lips 😅 The uneven skin texture stained drastically differently, so it just made my lips look extra sore and damaged. Too bad, because I really liked the colour, otherwise.
Also the carved powder compact would be sooooo nice for nail scratching as its nice and textured!

I just wanted to give you a little hint that some of the products you show aren't korean, but chinese - for example the catkin cushion. I personally don't think it makes a huge difference, but maybe some other people might be more sensitive about the title and description of the video?Just wanted to mention it in case you weren't aware. Okay, back to watching :)

I have been using snail essence from corxs and I love it, it works great under moisturizer or with some HA. I would not rely on it tho as moisturizer alone but I think it is a good hydrating product

@@SassyMashaVlogs The snail product is meant to go under moisturizer, which then goes under sunscreen. The moisturizer it's as much of a barrier for your skin as the sunscreen.

I really love Catkin! They have amazing products, and some of their lipsticks’ carvings are so beautiful it kind of hurts a little to use them. And it’s also a rather cheap brand so that’s nice.

I loveeeee the cosrx snail cream!! It gas helped my acne scars soo much and i usually layer vaseline (slugging) as an occlusive to lock in the moisture. I have combo acne/oily skin and it makes me gloww and i love the results after sleep

Look at getting the yes style advent calendar! Absolutely worth it based on last year's.
Highly rec the innisfree matte mineral face powder. It does smell a bit medicinal, but fades fast and truly does blur pores. It has the best powder puff in it too. It looks small but it lasts a long time, and wears well. I get a decent 3-4 hours over makeup in summer.
It's my favorite powder, and works well as a last step over regular translucent powder.
I'm From Fig cleansing balm. Or the Banila cleansing balm. Life changing. Yes, you do need to cleanse after but that's really quick to do in the shower with a gentle cleanser, like cetaphil or something.
Those cleansing balms completely remove my eye makeup, even tightlined eyeliner, so no more eye makeup remover & then cleaning my face, it's faster imo.
They don't burn my eyes, and while it feels weird imo, I can open my eyes even with the cleansing balm smeared all over, lol.
I use that, step in the shower & wet my hands to emulsify the balm, rinse then 2nd cleanse with a gentle cleanser. It can be anything.
Klairs supple preparation toner is nice, you layer it to help actually hydrate your skin so thicker serums work better/seal in moisture. There's an unscented version too.
Rovectin has a thicker toner, and it's just so nice. No scent, is more... Hydrating so less layers than the Klairs. I use this at night and the Klairs in the morning, bc I want to boost my moisturizer, but want something faster absorbing 😹
Otherwise I like the Misha Magic M cover cushion and Moonshot's micro setting fit cushion. I'm kind of in between shades atm though, or haven't found a good powder (besides the innisfree) that doesn't make them look like they're oxidizing. 😞
The PeriPera matte lipsticks are super comfortable, it's so light weight but not drying
I had a hard time finding accurate swatches, but warm beiges don't look good on me. A berry or red would be a safe choice.
I just so wanted to love the pink milk tea color 😭
And I think... Moonshot also has a gloss/stain that's very comfortable but wears evenly. I just haven't got it nearby.

Dear women out there, the natural products are the best for your skin and your health. Just try to massage your skin with hot (old) towel untill your skin gets rosy and shiny. Everything will come off, dead skin cells, black heads, your pores will be open. Than wet your skin with luke warm water and massage a few drops of good organic jojoba-oil, mixed with 1 drop of rose-oil. The massage is the key. You will be amazed by the results. As a makeup remover i also use just wet cotton pad with jojoba-oil on it. And that's ist. Your skin will thank you.

I started using an over-the-counter retinol cream and a lactic acid in my routine and I think my skin might've started looking older. I always take notes whenever you show something new.
