    Building a strong calisthenics base and then adding weight to that has been the most satisfying thing ever. Then throwing in some deadlifts and various free weights... love this workout style, it's serious! Loved this video cause you're so into it!

    I would love if you could put together some EBooks of beginner, intermediate and advanced weekly workout routines. Ive been following a 3 month 4 days a week weight training plan that is dumbbells only from home and I'm a week out from finishing. Ive been adding in calisthenics the past few weeks and am looking for a solid routine to do at home with the dumbells, pullup bar and olympic ring I have setup.

      Awesome. Do you like my mug in the corner like that, or should I just do voice?

    • @LochesLife
      @LochesLife 7 лет назад

      I'm quite used to voice overs from other channels but I think having the video in the corner gives the video another dynamic which is quite cool! You could try switching between the two, for example having just voice over in cinematic working out shots then video in the corner for the rest when you're explaining something. Although as I said, i'm loving what you're doing keep it up! :))

    hej simmnet, im worried about my fat intake in my diet ... i get about 30 grams of fat maximum in my day ... on regular days i get like 20 - 25 grams of fat ... i still cover my omega fatty accids ... my macro-ratio is like 80 % carbs 10 % fats 10 % Protein ... i see some vegans always gets like 60 c , 20 fats, 20 protein which is mostly recommended in every nutrtion app or guide lines by my goverment ... my question is what is your ratio ? and should i eat more fat and protein like your brother?
    im 1.78, 76 kg and i play basketbal and do calistenics
    thank you so much

    Another great vid. Yeah, interesting that you had a shoulder injury. Doesn't seem to be holding you back in the least! I injured mine many years back in a mountain biking accident and it's never been the same. Don't think it was separated, but there's gotta be some scar tissue in there. Push exercises are when I really feel it. Pulls not as much. Now that I'm getting older and trying to gain some muscle with calisthenics and weights, the dang injury is rearing its ugly head. It's far from debilitating but I'm always wondering how far I should push it.

Not like bullshit, the only thing is that I drink a lot of coffee, not only as egg scrambled in the morning, lunch chicken with salad and dinner the same thing, sometimes a fruit tb, that is not a lot of carbo and there are not many calories like that. It is if I increase a little and I spend 200 more even of good natural foods, my belly already increases and loses all definition, the weight increases a little 1 kilo, but the belly appears a lot. What will it be? How am I going to do a muscle gain job like that? I do not want to create too much belly. Thank you very much. I'll be grateful if you can help.

      MrThedarryl93 have you tried improving your diet? I obviously have no idea what you eat, but nutrition makes a huge difference. I noticed a considerable surge in energy, positive mood and overall well-being after transitioning to a plant-based diet. And when I eat high raw (or completely raw) it's crazy how much energy I have.

    If this is your push day, then you should try some isolation exercises. For example, you do a lot of exercises that traget chest, triceps and shoulders in different ways, Wich is bothering good and essential. But try doing some tricep isolation with tiger push-ups and similar variations.

    Thank you for your video!
    I would recommend you doing presses at the cable instead of chestflys, to protect your damaged shoulderjoint.
    I also noticed that your form at benchpressing could be improved. You shouldnt do these "scap-pushes" to rack the bar for example. I think you should choose a lower rack. If you want, you could take a look at Alan Thralls Video "How to bench press" here on youtube. I think he explains it very well.
    I realy dont want to offend you, but I have issues with my injuried shoulder as well and for me it looks like you could increase your problem with these exercise/technique.

    When you said those weight plates are 35's, I though damn..... Then you said pounds and I thought oooohhh, pounds. I thought we were talking kilo's. America is the only remaining country in the whole wide world that hasn't moved to the metric system. What's wrong, too complicated for you? Great video, great content, apart from the reluctance to count and measure in 1's 10's, 100's 1k etc. Etc.

    How about trying some real calisthenics sets? Check out Master Shredda, just started his own channel and does the Barbarian Requirements.

      Oh I have. That's all I used to do. Thanks for the suggestion. This is just what I am doing now, it is sure to evolve in the future as it has in the past. Maybe I will try these Barbarian Requirements you speak of. Would make for a good video, fail or make ;)
