Thanks very much I'm glad you enjoyed watching this. It was a great evening all round and one that I hope to recreate at some stage in the future, the 68's were by far and away the highlight of the night
@Daniel Rogers yeah it’s quite interesting when you come to do trainspotting (Banbury is my local station so I knew quite a bit anyway) Try it out, it’s really good
It is one of my favourite stations to come to because of the amount of variety that you get coming through at any point of the day. Having that amount of 68's making an appearance was brilliant
It is a great sound, one of the best modern diesel locomotives running around the country. You would love it here, rush hour is the best time to get here
Brilliant video, totally enjoyable. What about those 68s, bloomin awesome. Mind you that 70 was roaring like a trooper as well. Banbury is an absolutely fantastic station no doubt about it. I look forward to the next video. Be well and keep safe, regards Gary.
Thanks very much I'm glad you enjoyed watching this, I really enjoyed my time here and the amount of traffic passing through was incredible, the 68's and the 70 definitely put on a show :)
It was a great evening had by all and I enjoyed having the chance being able to meet up with you. And of course no film would be complete without me butchering a name haha ;)
Another outstanding video. It had it all. Think that's the most amount of Class 68's you've ever filmed in one video. They're growing on me every time I see one.
Thanks very much Paul. This was an amazing evening spent here and is one the reasons why I enjoy filming on the CML. I will never get tired of seeing and listening to a class 68
Great video Jarred! I love the Chiltern Mainline. Fantastic evening like you say. Always great to see the 165s, 168s and 68s. My favourite sets. You had some great company too. Well done dude 😊
Thanks very much, the CML is a fantastic line to go on during the rush hour period. The evening was definitely good with all of the company I had with me that night and of course the various 68's making appearances
Very nice start with 2 locomotives with gorgeous sounds❤️❤️❤️, but you spilled the beans with your photo(i don't mind for sure) on instagram lol. Fantastic video :) Thanks for all your sweet comments back.
It has to be by far and away one the of the best evenings I had whilst I was out filming, not only because of the amount of traffic that was passing through but also because of the company that I had whilst I was there :D I do like to give out little hints as to what I have seen every now and again ;) I'm sure I will be posting up many more from my adventures :D And you're more than welcome :)
It seems you go here a lot but I can't believe that it is almost a year since you were last here. Never stop going to Banbury Jarred, especially in peak hours, really enjoyed watching, thumbs up from me, keep up the good work.
I come here once every year purely for this reason, it's an amazing station to come to and as you can see the amount of variety in traffic that you get is outstanding. Especially with the high amount of 68's coming and going
Hi tornado 922 I absolutely loved this there was so much variety and loved the sound and acceleration of the class 68 and when you do get back to filming again can you please do Norwich
Hello there, I'm glad you enjoyed watching this :) I certainly had a great time getting this film put together back then that's for sure, there was so much to see from freight to passenger traffic. Once I restart my filming I will happily go to Norwich :)
Glad none tried to be the pricks and hold the Country to a stand still here. Great start, a basic but still a sweet little station, I like the bridge for sure. Barely 2 mins in c'mon what a start, brilliant. That Car Park boi... It only counts as one, but you know I hit the like button 21 times already. Proper wet, damn. 68015 and the like look pure Robotic Train Ninja. All said and done this was magic, thx! B.P.
Yeah the station isn't on of the most architecturally pleasing to look at but it does serve it purpose well enough, could do with some more shelters being installed on the platforms to shelter from the elements but overall it wasn't to bad. I really enjoyed my time here with the amount of trains coming through and people I was with that evening
Can you go to Richmond (London) which sees countless services operated by South Western Railway, London Overground, and London Underground (District Line)
Gotta love the noise a Class 68 makes. The Class has a Caterpillar C175-16 3800hp engine fitted to them. I thought they were EMD Powered at first but i found out otherwise but bloody hell they sound absolutely brilliant especially if you turn the speakers all the way up.
I was told that it was coming through however I noticed that it was running late because of people trespassing on the line so ultimately I'm glad I didn't go otherwise I would have been standing around waiting with a lot of very cold and unhappy people
I'm to believe it was completely removed because of the fact that the trains don't run at the 125mph limit that they were designed to do because of the routes that the 221 units run on are limited to 100mph in most areas
@@Tornado922 Thank-you! BTW, this afternoon I saw an East Midlands train stabled at York, and furthermore, Northern Services were pulling in to that same platform. Why is an East Midlands train there in the first place? A loaner to LNER? East Midlands route map indicates *occasional* service to York (as with Leeds), but not sure why that would be necessary. And when next can we submit questions to you?
standing room only on all these services .why cant they put on another two carriages on to cope with the demand in passengers .its along way to manchester ....
It would make sense for much longer trains to be used on these routes because of the number of passengers using their services throughout the course of the day
Great video mate! Really enjoyed the commentary In this one! I don’t understand how parents could let there kids do that around a train, it’s common sense to check what time the train leaves and to see if you can have a photo, even the. You don’t touch a train that’s about to go, sorry for my rant
Thanks very much, the young lad wasn't in present danger at the time otherwise I myself would have said something myself. When he went over to get the picture the train wasn't getting itself ready to go. But the station staff wanted to dispatch it quicker than I was expecting. I think it may have been running late at the time I cant genuinely remember
Great video, great quality, 68s sound good and it's the best dmu locomotive in the world.
Thanks very much I'm glad you enjoyed watching this. It was a great evening all round and one that I hope to recreate at some stage in the future, the 68's were by far and away the highlight of the night
@Jaclyn Bur do you have to pay for it?
Probably the most 68's I've ever seen in one video. Epic video :-)
It was a great amount to have come through in a single video. Definitely doing this more often :)
i like the way a kid (maybe yours?) Is saying the same stuff as u!!
Must be me you are talking about. I’m not his child lol 😂
@@chxrliethompson lol. nice. i would love to be in your shoes, doing trainspotting!
@Daniel Rogers yeah it’s quite interesting when you come to do trainspotting (Banbury is my local station so I knew quite a bit anyway) Try it out, it’s really good
@@chxrliethompson cool. My local is Warwick so not far by chiltern
He my friend! You should subscribe to him
Banbury is always a great location. Top sounds from the 68s and the 70.
It is one of my favourite stations to come to because of the amount of variety that you get coming through at any point of the day. Having that amount of 68's making an appearance was brilliant
Nice video tornado922 that class68 sounded awesome
thanks very much, the 68's were great that evening
Omg... I never realised how quick the acceleration is. Dayum... that's fast lol. Sounds beautiful too. Fantastic video as always 😊
Sorry but my god from about 0:00 until 0:42 the sound of that 68 is absolutely incredible! Amazing video again cant wait to go there myself
It is a great sound, one of the best modern diesel locomotives running around the country. You would love it here, rush hour is the best time to get here
Tornado922 I did go last week actually, and it was absolutely incredible. Really enjoyed it.

Loved the moment when the club man to snow hill came in and you said it comes complete with a lady in a beanie
Always gotta try and get a bit of light humour thrown into the mix XD
Another Fantastic Video here Tornado922! I Really Enjoyed this :)
Thanks very much, I'm glad you enjoyed watching this
Ahhhhh yes! I’ve been waiting for this. Great to be filming with you. Great selection of trains on offer also.
Also thanks for the shoutout towards the end, I don’t care if you slightly butchered my name.
You did care when you told me at school '__'
It was a great evening had by all and I enjoyed having the chance being able to meet up with you. And of course no film would be complete without me butchering a name haha ;)
This is the greatest video of trains I have seen in ages
Well thank you very much for saying so :)

Those Chiltern Turbos do look nice.
They do look good I have to agree with you
Great 68 thrash at the very start! Awesome film as usual.
Thanks very much, this was a great evening spent there

I do like the 68s, but I'm just north of Sellafield, so I see them all the time.
I could never get bored of them haha
Those Class 68's sound like they have some power behind them. I can understand why you like the sound of them.
They have some amazing power behind them especially when you see some of the freight trains that they have to work with

Can you do trains at Luton because I live there
I will go there in the next few weeks for you
Thank you so much
Try either Wigan north western, Warrington bank quay, Crewe or Wolverhampton the next time you go on the WCML! (That is if you want to!)
I have every intention of going to those stations later this year :)
Do you think they should electrify the Chiltern Mainline?
I don't think they need to at the moment, especially with all the other work currently taking place across the network
Hi mate haven't seen any new videos yet. Are you having a break etc.Take care Boldeagle.
Hello there, I was indeed having a long break from filming throughout the bulk of last month
Good vid
Thanks very much
Why did the dispatcher shout at the man after 68009 left?
Hi btw sub to me because im chaztomos friend and we both go to school together
Because the kid got to close
The young lad was in no present danger at the time, unfortunately he wanted to get a picture of the locomotive as the train was being prepared to go
Of course it would be a good vid. Thanks for the awesome vid!
Becauseof the kid @13:47 was well over the yellow line and touching the departing train he was putting his live in danger
Do some stations in Glasgow I will give you a tour round the Strathclyde network and video some 385s ?
I will be going up to Glasgow next month :)
When are cross country going to get new trains?
I haven't got a clue
Shame you didn't record Banbury today the flying Scotsman came through
I was told that it was coming through however I noticed that it was running late because of people trespassing on the line so ultimately I'm glad I didn't go otherwise I would have been standing around waiting with a lot of very cold and unhappy people
15:20 oops lol

I say do Berwick upon Tweed and my birthday gifts were a cardboard cutout of Tony Blair and six Lego sets that were in Avengers infinity War
I will be looking at doing Berwick Upon Tweed at some stage
Many thanks! Just curious, were the tilting mechanisms on the CrossCounty stock removed or merely disabled?
I'm to believe it was completely removed because of the fact that the trains don't run at the 125mph limit that they were designed to do because of the routes that the 221 units run on are limited to 100mph in most areas
