Really cool :) or in german: "Verdammt genial". I am looking forward to Hive Secundus, your terrain ist outstanding :) Great !!! Thank you for the inspiration :)
Thank you so much for the kind words in both languages! There's still a lot that I want to do with secundus still and the actual terrain kits aren't even out yet!:) (ps there might be a third video out by sat too.... hush hush though :))
@@jdinthesumpsea1560 Looking forward to the new video. At the moment I am painting an Enforcer Gang, and also an Escher Gang :) and building terrain as well :)
Me too and I'm in the process of challenging myself to get another one BEFORE the pre-order on Sat so..... We'll see how that goes stay tuned..... and thanks bro! Your work inspires me just as much as mine seems to be inspiring you!
It could be cool to see some tiles that are much less rusty but have a look of being sand scoured down to bare metal, with more of a look of the ash wastes about them, after all I can't imagine that the water guild of hive primus didn't cut off hive secundus in an attempt to just let the wastes kill them off even before the bombings. I could also see using that new genestealer upgrade sprue to try and make some water and electricity guilders, or just modify a genestealer cult army with some mechanicus/skitari bits.
Don't worry about the rustyness. The next tile will be a little more themed about monsters and ashyness and all around weird stuff. As always you are ahead of me. Thanks for stopping by!
As always you did a really great job on that tile! Always inspiring to watch your videos! Where can I find those stl files? I'd love to print some for my own😅
That is a great way to build that tile. I don’t use that tile because it block such a wide area. What is in the red cup that your are stippling on the tile before you paint?
Right on with me too. It was a lot of Zone mort stuff to create that particular tile for sure. Thanks! And the cup is full of pva glue, water and sand.
The tile is wet with white spirits from the oil painting stage and a few particles of the thinned oil paint. So far this has turned out to be a great fixing agent! Quite accidently discovered mind you! We'll see how it goes over time though. :) Thanks for stopping by!
I don't know how hot yoga meditation brought me here...but damn... I regret nothing. Awesome job, can't wait to watch every video.
Best comment yet! Thanks for tuning in and I hope we don't disappoint!

See what happens when you just focus on some projects. Try no to let it overwhelm you too much. and good luck on you projects!
Absolutely GORGEOUS work as always!!! xxx
Thanks for tuning in as always
This makes me want to kitbash some genestealers to go on this board 😅Amazing work!
Thanks bud! And I think you should make some videos of you doing that kitbash as well!
This looks amazing! I really love the rust effects and the pigments! I can't wait to see the entire board assembled! Keep up the good work!

@@jdinthesumpsea1560 I could see doing a base coat of rust colors then a heavy drybrush of metals followed by sand pigments.
It's the Hashtag tile.
:)

Fantastic work! I’m working on tiles myself. How do you ensure the powders stay fixed to the tile?
