Will Brown goes third fastest in NASCAR Cup Series practice at Sonoma, Cam Waters goes for a spin

- At the freshly repaved Sonoma Raceway, lap times were fast. We saw Australian Supercars drivers Will Brown and Cam Waters hop in a Cup Series car for the first time and go P3 and P35, respectively. Ryan Blaney was fastest in the single lap with Kyle Larson having the fastest five lap average and Ross Chastain having the fastest 10 lap average. Qualifying is tomorrow and the race is Sunday. Looking forward to it! Let me know your thoughts.

@@cheerful2345 I’m in oz and watch races on Kayo. Not free and bullshit we pay for a service then watch so many ads. There are a handful of You Tube guys stateside that copy parts of practice, qualifying and the race and post on You Tube. It helps fill in some blanks. I haven’t come across much from today other than Cam spinning. I guess because its practice

V8 Supercars invited International drivers to compete at the Gold Coast race in Queensland from 2010 to 2014, Boris Said, Will Power, Alexander Rossi and some other Indy car drivers took part.

The win for SVG in Chicago was by the race being shortened due to nightfall, not by skill
Yes driving 18th to first due to *checks notes* strategy and nightfall working against him and making him have to pass more cars. Yes. No skill whatsoever😂

@@NikolaiPCulpexactly he had to gain at least a spot a lap and even got put from first back to 2nd on a caution after he completed the pass .. so had to pass the leader twice to get to the lead. But yea the skilled NASCAR drivers parked their cars in the tyre walls lol. Hopefully if Shane win Chicago he can drift that track too ..

I don't like him, his fans are toxic as balls. your right he got fresher tires than the field and caught the teams off guard since it was shortened , So don't expect him to win again.
