Does anyone remember a show/psa type thing with a bat and a rabbit who had a clubhouse type thing, and were creepy puppet characters like in the video? In the one I remember it was about electrical safety and the bat ended up getting electrocuted by playing with an electical outlet. Any ideas on what this could be? I vividly remember it from my (early 2000s) childhood and have been searching for like 10 years haha
Dear Daniel firstly.I’d love to hear a metal cover of the pill popping song. Secondly if you think those PSAs were terrifying you should have seen the ones the British government and British Railways did in the 70s (yes I’m that old)
I remember our parents taking us to get vaccines, and the pediatrician's office was playing a 30-minute fire PSA on loop. Two-already stressed kids stuck in a waiting room for an hour while a video reminds us over and over that statistically, we will definitely die in a fire. It wasn't a great family outing.
One of the scariest PSA's I've ever watched was at school. We had a special presentation, so we went to this weird ass stair room. I have no clue what it was, it resembled a forum but that's besides the point. It was about smoking cigarettes. I don't remember anything but that fucked up jumpscare they showed us. This guy was talking and when he said the word "cigarettes" the audio got so much louder and the visuals were wack. We were like ten? Anyways it was hilarious.

6:49 I had long forgotten about that weird psi I saw as a kid. My favorites were the one with the secret word, and the dollar store brand Shaq threatening a kid about their secret. Even as a kid, I wondered what exactly could I learn from this.
I remember years ago I found the 'Don't it in your mouth' commercial, a comment went on this huge rant about how the lion had to be voiced by, paraphrasing, "an alcoholic actor who couldn't find work anymore and was desperate for work and it's sad they sunk so low". To this day I'm still amazed of all the things they got from the commercial, it was that.
I do remember growing up in the nineties, I had a barbie with sparkly rhinestone eyes and developed night terrors about black eyed people because I watched WAY too much of the tv show Sightings
I wish I would have seen the blue puppets years ago before I saw a bottle of "Sesame Street Bubble Gum scented Bubble Bath" and thought "wow if it smells this great just like the gum..I can only imagine what it tastes like!"
0:55 “do you remember growing up as a kid in the 80’s and 90’s? me neither! i’m 19!” caught me so off guard LMAO anyway it’s nice (and kinda crazy) to see a youtuber so close to my age wow
pretty good video, but you got me with the song. a good reminder that building a guillotine isn't really that expensive and has been proven to work really really well
As an old, I've got some context for the "stranger codeword" thing - there were also loads of PSAs telling parents and children to decide on a secret word for this exact situation. It was just kind of a thing at the time. But also as much as the secret word thing isn't that big of a stretch, and it's not unheard of for creeps to scare children by claiming their parents are hurt, it's also unlikely that your family would send someone you've never seen before to bring you to the hospital. Thank you for your time as I over-explain something clearly said as a joke.

That's so cool, I didn't know that about Henson. I should cover the Wilkin's coffee videos
I'm not sure...
Dear Daniel firstly.I’d love to hear a metal cover of the pill popping song. Secondly if you think those PSAs were terrifying you should have seen the ones the British government and British Railways did in the 70s (yes I’m that old)
Oh I can imagine how insane a railway PSA could be
This is my first time watching this channel. That puppet skit at the end was so bizarre, I now have to stick around. W vid.
Welcome to the Legion, there is no escape:)
Seriously though, thanks for watching I hope you like the rest of the videos
People like you are underrated, keep up the good work!
I try, thanks for watching my friend:)
Hey! Great seeing you! I absolutely love how you present these! Hope all is going well:)
Thank you my friend, welcome back!!
That sounds traumatic
"Bella is so cool".
I found those singing pills to be adorable, too. They really had some musical talent to be sure.
I want the singing pills to preform at my funeral
@@danielprofeta Hahaha.
Love the heartwarming song at the end, that was a family-friendly feature straight from the Muppet show!
"Milk your own snakes and f*ck your dishes" quote of the day
Yess missed your videos, also sorry about your computer, similar thing happened to my iPad, it wouldn’t charge and they factory reset it but it did nothing.. it didn’t need to be reset I just needed to learn a new way to charge it 😭
I lost so much art
Aww, that terrible:( I'm so sorry
6:49 I had long forgotten about that weird psi I saw as a kid. My favorites were the one with the secret word, and the dollar store brand Shaq threatening a kid about their secret. Even as a kid, I wondered what exactly could I learn from this.
I'll kill your dog.
@@danielprofeta what's the secret code word?
@@Bullboy_Adventures Richard Helms
I remember years ago I found the 'Don't it in your mouth' commercial, a comment went on this huge rant about how the lion had to be voiced by, paraphrasing, "an alcoholic actor who couldn't find work anymore and was desperate for work and it's sad they sunk so low".
To this day I'm still amazed of all the things they got from the commercial, it was that.
That's freaking hilarious
9:11 It’s my new head canon that Jack Stauber saw this as a kid and it struck him on such a deep level that all his future art would be similar.
It's nice to see you back.
that was amazing ! so glad I found your channel. you are original , funny , entertaining & sheer GENIUS. ❤
I don't know about any of that, but I definitely am some guy.
@@danielprofeta you definitely are some kinda guy .. 100 percent man in full...
I do remember growing up in the nineties, I had a barbie with sparkly rhinestone eyes and developed night terrors about black eyed people because I watched WAY too much of the tv show Sightings
“Who apparently find you incredibly attractive,” I know a Mulaney liner when I hear one
Yes, it was stolen directly from the guy that went to rehab and got a divorce and now everyone likes bo Burnham better.
@@danielprofeta Obviously because he’s currently less problematic, to the kids anyway
The end song was amazing!
I wish I would have seen the blue puppets years ago before I saw a bottle of "Sesame Street Bubble Gum scented Bubble Bath" and thought "wow if it smells this great just like the gum..I can only imagine what it tastes like!"
I had similar problems as a kid, too many things looked or smelled like food
"We're not candy' is actually quiet catchy and good too
I agree, very nice and good. Now let's see Paul Allen's card.
love you daniel your so underrated and your vids make my day bro.
One day I won't be underrated anymore
"That's mainly how I got candy as a kid" got me dying on the floor😂😂😂😂
0:55 “do you remember growing up as a kid in the 80’s and 90’s? me neither! i’m 19!” caught me so off guard LMAO anyway it’s nice (and kinda crazy) to see a youtuber so close to my age wow

@@danielprofeta hell yeah bro 😎 ‼️
pretty good video, but you got me with the song. a good reminder that building a guillotine isn't really that expensive and has been proven to work really really well
You understand haha. I'm building an army. We are Legion.
BAhaha 😂 dude ur content (your personality!) kicks fuckin’ ass 🤯 I can’t wait to watch your channel blow up, along for the ride 🚖 *beepbeep*
Beep beep:)
If you want to see a really creepy psa without puppets I recommend “The Finishing Line” (1977)! It’s traumatingly fun!!
Thanks for the recommendation
10:34 *“THOSE DEAD EYES”* 👹
Woke up to this - don't think I'll get back to sleep after this....
Sorry about that hahaha
It’s always a good day when Daniel posts
Was it in fact a good day?
@@danielprofeta indeed so
bella is so cool
also thank you saul goodman for educating children about how billionaires don’t give two fucks about us :)
Saul threadman just wants you to know that you have rights
As an old, I've got some context for the "stranger codeword" thing - there were also loads of PSAs telling parents and children to decide on a secret word for this exact situation. It was just kind of a thing at the time. But also as much as the secret word thing isn't that big of a stretch, and it's not unheard of for creeps to scare children by claiming their parents are hurt, it's also unlikely that your family would send someone you've never seen before to bring you to the hospital.
Thank you for your time as I over-explain something clearly said as a joke.
2:19 that sounds like something a clone would say.
were not candy psa is actually in my playlist bro… its so banger coded ‼️
*in British accent* Please good sir would you possibly spare the song name for the needy?
@@Pindie12321 its called were not candy idk if its on spotify its on yt music tho

The song was so good dude I love it
I’m glad someone is warning people about the dangers of eating babies
Someone had to, and that person may as well be me
This gave me, a fully grown teenager, nightmare.

"THE NIGHTMAREEES!"
Some of these remind me of a old movie series called The Adventures of Timothy Tooth
Timothy Tooth... Now that is a name I haven't heard in a long time. A long time.

Prepare to get traumatized again
That thing you made looked REALLY good though. It was genuinely good, and I'd listen to that song on repeat.

usually when theres some "code word" in the family, a family member would be sent to pick you up OR if they didnt already know the code word but are being sent to pick you up, like your moms friend or smth, they would be told the code word before hand
Some situations could make this impossible though
@@danielprofeta fair, a good reason why the code word isn't a perfect thing to always rely on
I'd actually like to see the end song as its own video tbh
I'm debating it heheh
My favorite PSA or “special episode” was the safety episode of Care Bears, I used to watch it on repeat lol
5:35 not gonna lie, chances are this lady actually needed help. All she asked was for him to take the bag over, didn’t tell him to get in the car, come to her house and clean it
It's okay to say no
“and where did the operatic shrute farms abomination come from” is an incredible line
Fun fact (if no one said this already) the lyrics "This is serious, we can make you delirious" part of the we're not candy psa is taken from Busta Rhymes's song Dangerous.
it's actually the other way around. busta rhymes took the lyrics from the PSA
@@bruhmoment5974 that's actually kinda funny not gonna lie.
I looked it up, Busta Rhymes actually did take the lyrics from the PSA lololol
