OK so they aren't going to be giving up guns for comedy anytime soon but these two guys will absolutely not let you down with any issue you may have with anything you might buy from R&C. They are also HONEST, if you ask if something is any good they will tell you. Gav is a really great guys to deal with and as for Daystate, I've only had to visit the factory once and they fixed my gun while I waited.
I rang Daystate directly about my alpha wolf and they were very helpful I drove my rifle back to the factory and they said I can pick it up in about a week lol. So I don’t no what you guys are really talking about I fact a Daystate engineer actually took the time to come to reception and talk to me lol. Who’s told you they don’t deal with the public
Have purchased a couple of rifles and accessories from R&C and never had a problem but great to know if i did it will be resolved very proffesionally and swiftly. Have you guys had any issues with the magazing for the Alpha Wolf? I have noticed a few people have with cycling.
I love your channel and your correct daystate dont deal with the public i did phone them once because the dealer was useless but i feel when your spending over 2k they should have sone kind of customer support which sadly they dont

The customer service of the manufacturer matters because if you're going to pay £3500 for a gun you want a manufacturer to fix it when it goes wrong, not some tinkering minimum wage salesman in the back of a shop. It's amazing that you think this a big ask on a high ticket rifle like this.
Looks a tad more than 150mm from centre of bore. That grip will cause grounding nightmares and have to be replaced. Not what you want to be doing to £3500 rifle.

Wow this was basically an advert. It’s very unprofessional to slag off other manufacturers on a public post. All credibility out the window. Why do you see so few daystates in the competition circuit now. That says it all. No offence to Gavynn who is a top bloke.
Where did they slag off other manufacturers, they mention as a comparison ( that they all do the same ). Share the timeline point so I can rewatch as I cannot see or hear it ?

As a daystate dealer, If I changed the bottle on my GP for larger myself would it void the warranty? Cheers.
