Hi I encountered some signal disturbance problems with the XSW IEM model. When the signal arrives at the receiver, a buzz is heard along with the audio signal, which ends as soon as the signal disappears. For example, if we have music with a pulsating sound I hear the disturbance that goes in time with this sound. it's as if there was a gate in the XSW system to avoid background hiss. But the hiss is so present that it is annoying in headphones. The sound is far from clean compared to what you hear in the video but full of hiss. To reduce the problem I set the gain to -18db but despite this the hiss is still annoying.
The AF EF signal gives me a frequency free from interference.
Another problem is that every time I touch the microphone or move I hear static and interference.
I have a digital mixer with dedicated ui24R output. I have the frequency set in Italy at 574,200 and 2 other in-ear monitors with the frequency set at 831,250. finally I have a Shure BLX4 radio microphone preset on A1 frequency.
I don't know how to solve it anymore and I bought this system 2 weeks ago.

How did u connect system into mixer

We used a stereo Mix bus to drive the IEM transmitter, and connected them with 2 XLR cables.
