hi! i have the same printer. but im using canva for my designs and i type the correct size that i need for my tumblers. when i print the design my printer prints it out in a different size. do you know why?
my paper size is 8.3x11.7" and im trying to sublimate a 16oz tumbler

Do you send the image directly to the printer and it prints straight away or do you have to send it to the app first then print from the app.

Does the scanner just scan to the app or did you figure if it actually scans??

No it doesn't scan. It only prints and only from the app.

Do you know the max size the printer will take? Doing research before buying and I can’t get a straight answer online.
