Hi, Sandra! The Brother SP1 Sublimation Printer can only be used for sublimation since it uses sublimation ink. You can find how to load paper in the manual feed slot on page 28 here: bit.ly/481IbXl. The machine automatically turns on manual feed mode when you put paper in the manual feed slot. ~rp
please help. for multiple pages, in the print settings, i dont see the dropdown for 2x1 Poster like other videos show. I cannot for the life of me figure out what i need to upgrade to find it
Which photo edit software did you use to take out the background in the photos? Also did you have to mirror the image in the photo before you printed it on Brother Sublimation printer?
Good morning, Jan! You can contact May directly to inquire about the editing app she used. For Sublimation, you can change the setting if need be, but when choosing "ok" to send it to the Printer, Artspira flips the image. ~ms
Irene, users of the Free version of Artspira will be allowed to import 20 of their designs into Artspira (The max is 20, but you can delete and replace designs too!). Artspira+ Subscription Plan users, the Paid version of Artspira, can store and import up to 100 designs. Basically, more storage! ~ms

How r u. I brought my first brother sublimation printer and I love it. Is the top a scanner and how do you use the feed in the back for longer paper.
