Since it is cartridges, will the ink dry up if you don't run the unit within a week? With the Epson you have to print something out once a week to prevent the ink from drying out.
I have not experienced this. I only use it every couple of weeks and when I pull it off the shelf and plug it in, I haven't had any trouble with prints. I have had this printer since Nov with no issues with printing
I just bought this printer and I want to make some shirts this weekend for my son's baseball team. I bought some files on etsy and I was wondering can you edit the color on an image in the app? I would like it to match the team colors. Also, sorry if you mentioned this in the video and I missed it does it matter what type of file you use? the files I bought are svg files.
I am having a terrible time getting download designs into Artspira. I like the sublimation printer, but the app is not user friendly getting downloads on to it. I am using my iPad, extracting the file. You can see them, but they are grayed out. Please advise me where to go to get help. I’m ready to get rid of the printer just because of this reason. If you keep the printer on, it self cleans the heads.

You can't edit the colors in the app. You would have to do this on editing software on your computer before importing to the app or printing.
also, the best files for printing are PNG or JPG. SVG is usually for cutting files

It's a mix. You can't use 100% cotton for sublimation.

It could that the file is not compatible. It happens to me in Workspace
I do not know what the issue is. I've imported png files just fine. Look for PNG or JPG for sublimation printing.

Can you give us an update how long ink lasts ? . I know it will depend on what you print but at least give us an estimate.
I have not gone through a set yet. I have printed lots and will keep track of pages to see approx. how many pages I get out of the ink
