They have an entire Career and Technical Education, which is basically what used to be Vocational Colleges, incorporated into the school curriculum. The students can graduate high school with vocational certifications, ready to get good jobs without being forced to go to college. They also have a major Theater, Orchestra, and Band program within their Fine Arts program
No this is what happens when people have respect for their community and follow the laws. It's not hard to go to work, pay bills, and not do illegal things in order to get to places like this. Work, save money, and you too will get to live in nicer places like this.

[You do not automatically get in you must qualify by record and quality of wins and losses}. Only 2 losing seasons in the last 30 years. Prosper High, and Rockhill High also use it. Most of the good players play for one of the established schools, so most of the non parents go to those games. Allen ISD has a pretty good high school and football stadium. It's crazy how public schools work in Texas. Almost every city has it's on Independent School District. I'm used to Florida where the school district is at the County level and you have one central football field for all the high schools in the District. We had a decent one back home in Panama City but 4 of the now 6 high schools shared the main stadium. The middle schools had their own "fields" but played at least one game a year at the high school stadium.
That's not how Independent School Districts operate in Texas. They do Not go by city/town(municipal) boundaries. Prosper ISD doesn't just cover Propser and I'm certain the boundaries extend into nearby suburban towns as well. Rock Hill serves students in McKinney ares that's not in the McKinney ISD borders.

You're way overthinking it. The town of Prosper has grown quite a bit. As the population of a town grows, there has to be schools built to accommodate all those kids. It really is that simple.

My HS started a military academy and then expanded to a regular HS as well, then 2 years into me being in school they built a weight room and we thought we were the shit. We had like no good football training equipment, we had some popup dummys, regular car tires, and trash cans..... Now these schools are equipped with college equipment 😂. And include all these free YT football training videos out here from NFL players and trainers, and a player can become really good in HS. Our football coaches were just gym teachers so we learned like 2 useful things a season, but I watch a couple videos and I see stuff that I could have been working on in HS that could have made me better.
Prosper the town is rich and upper middle class. They got a huge bump in population during the 2010's as people of the other towns of Frisco, Plano, and McKinney spilled over to Prosper. Hell a lot of them were white flights meaning they moved to a more white population city. My parents lived in Frisco and when the Indians (the country) started to move in, the neighbors moved to Prosper.

I traveled to Rock Hill High School (Walnut Grove's identical twin) for a UIL competition last year, and the inside looks straight out of an air port. The food court was a sight to behold, and I can't even begin to tell you how jealous I was because my high school has got 0 resteraunts in it. When I was there it was fairly empty, so I'm not sure how nice it would be with several thousand students in the hallways, but I can say the hallways were over triple the size of my schools hallways. They literally have sofas lineing the hallways, and they were comfortable! I'm not even sure there's a single couch in my entire high school that's accessible to the student body, and they have about 100 just in the halls. And it's not like my high school is bad either. Our stadium was over 25+ million dollars, but we can't be spoken in the same breath in terms of facilities. Still beat them in football though.
For those from out of state, when u see super stadiums please be aware they r for the school district. So instead of the school district renting ou thee local college stadium Friday night and some on Thursday Saturday, they all play at the school district stadium. So instead of every school paying for an expensive stadium and upkeep they have all schools pay the district for one major stadium. Not always the rule but pretty close. So when driving around or flying in and you’re like that’s a high school stadium, wow. The answer is normally it’s a districts stadium for ten schools

Even with all that money And all that training equipment they still got a long way to go. They went 3 and 7 last year. But for the first year I would say that's pretty dam good.

Most Texas High School stadiums are pretty impressive. There are many colleges around the country that don't have as good of facilities.
