You have got to get yourself a third party head-strap. I could barely use the Vision Pro with either of its head-straps. By far the best one for me is the ANNAPRO. I had the V1 and absolutely loved it. I now have the V2 and it is even better. I can now watch a full movie and not even know I’m wearing the Vision Pro.

Thank you! It's the same charge time with the external battery as it is with the brick in the wall. Just make sure you have a powerful USBC external battery. The one I use is the 60w USBC external battery that power my macbook pro with while traveling
There are smaller cases for sure. I like that I can fit other accessories inside of the apple case too. It's bulky and expensive, but it feels well protected and it fits inside of my everyday carry backpack

It does. You have to go into the menu and pull it up (it doesn't pop up since it's closed)

The official Apple case is too large, and to your point, expensive. There's $20 ones on Amazon that do the job and are half the size for practically.

Frankly, that carry case needs a carry strap as well as a handle.
There is one handle on top, but no strap to wear it like a messenger bag or anything like that
