For anyone trying to change it to a 12hour clock: if you open Rainmeter and you get to the screen at 2:01 in the video, go to edit to open the code. Where it says [MeasureTime] under "Measures" change the Format to say "Format=%I:%M". Exit and save. Then hit refresh

yes it does, my pc started crashing from games due to "low video memory" which turned out to be from rainmeter. To bad , it looked awesome
