- Christine Keeler and someone dubbing her voice introduce the 1963 flick "The Keeler Affair." This was the only scene worth saving from the entire movie, believe me! (I think that guy on the stretcher is Drew Barrymore's dad.)
Rest in peace, lovely lady.
A sad story of a very nice lady.rip christine.
She was so adorable.
That, my friends is what is called a true Thoroughbred! My gosh she was stunning! ✨🌹✨
I would have told her every state secret I knew
what a classy woman; can see how guys were interested in her, especially John Profumo and the Russian guy
She was red hot, without even trying ! It's no wonder The Press just wanted to keep on taking pictures of Christine, and her suitors were virtually queuing up for her attention , or chasing her like demented fools: a real natural beauty.
So sad
honey trap or not, she wouldnt have had to ask me twice.
I used to do forensics - I feel confident of the estimate based on pictures, relative scaling and her posture. -Regards.
I just read Keeler last book ( The Truth At Last 2001) and I agreed that the stepfather was a madcap but he never abuse by him.
@MikeHudson65 Nope, for the rest of the movie it's all actors. Most notable was John Drew Barrymore (Drew's father) in the role of Stephen Ward.
Who do you prefer? This vilified girl and her friend Stephen Ward, whom they drove to suicide, or the ghastly politicians?
Thank you much for that.
It's her own voice dubbed over. Defo. ;)
Compare it with her interview with Sue Lawley.
Exactly!
Pretty close to 5'6" I believe. Maybe 168 cms. And perfectly proportioned. :)
Thanks for the info BayRumCK. Where did you get the info? Great person miss Keeler too bad that she waste her life going out with losers.
I wonder how tall Christine Keeler was? There is no indication anywhere.
@MikeHudson65 I saw it on TV but apparently it is available on DVD from the Turner Classic Movies website. Fair warning though, it's not that great a flick!
nice girl
@bowler8 In "Scandal" yes, but not in *this* movie.
@roots66 John Hurt played Stephen Ward.
Who was that bloke pretending to be dead?
Ayub khan where are you?
The Press Gang yuk !
She was attractive, simple but not well off......which, unfortunately , led her to sell stories to the press that weren’t true......with tragic results
A nice lady, a shame she didn't get the proper acting training.
