@@CountingCountries Honestly my summit night was hell! I trekked over 10 hours that day in blizzard like conditions. I definitely underestimated Kilimanjaro and don’t know how the hell I made it to the summit 😂. It was very tough but definitely an adventure I’ll never forget!

Beautiful video, man!! Really loved the experience; it took me back down the memory lane. Just wanted to check if you got that distance right? I noticed that you started your hike from Jhinu and went towards Annapurna Base Camp. This trek is around 60 km (round trip), which is much different from the 70 miles you mentioned, nearly double the distance (112 km)/ there are variation to the trip which could potentially make the distance but this trip isn't it). Just making sure viewers aren't discouraged from visiting the place because they find the distance daunting. Keep making these great videos.
Did this trek in November 2011.......but we started from Naya pul and our trek route included Birethanti and Ghandruk as well. Nothing seems to have changed though and it remains as beautiful as it was back then !
Just went to ABC in October.. Beautiful place no doubt, but i went thru Poon hill. Sadly was cloudy so can't really see much. Glad i went there. Words can't justify the scenery.. Own eyes is the best camera..

Hey Jordan, I've been watching all of your videos and really enjoying them. I'm wondering if you might give me a bit of advice. I have decided that I want to do a trek in Nepal. I can't quite decide on which one to do. I do Crossfit 3-4 times a week, so I am pretty fit for 49. However, I haven't really done trekking before other than hiking here and there. I am keen to see some amazing scenery and be challenged. The EBC and 3 passes look spectacular. I can get 3 weeks off in October, I know its busy then being peak season. Is it the same in November? So me and my father were planning on ebc but unfortunately he is going through cancer treatments ( he is expected to make full recovery 🙏) but he will be 72 and I’m worried about him w/elevation and getting sick. Obv you don’t know him but in your opinion is Annapurna easier on the body than ebc? We both want to do Everest but also want to finish trek safely.
Great question. I think EBC would be better. It is longer so allows for more time to acclimate. Also not as many steep up and down steps as Annapurna. I’m actually going to be guiding a trek to EBC myself with Tilak later this year. Details on Instagram if you’re interested!

It takes only 2 days to walk down and i recomend 5-6 days to walk up, less walking and more time to enjoy everyday.. Every afternoon when you stop for food and to get sleep is a magic place, enjoy it more.. Edit: Chhumrong steps are just over 2000 if i dont remember it wrong

You should have stopped at Dovan for the second day, Himalayas is way higher in elevation which may affect your health conditions.
