Thankyou for always reminding us how important the movements we made in play as children were and always have been, still ARE, to us. Sometimes we forget some movements as life crowds us. Our appreciation of your work, knows no bounds. I keep sharing your videos with people.
Though it's been 3 yrs. of this video...I am late😁.. must say amazing movements.. have added these in my workout routine... really tough... not too late💪
Goodness! you inspire me so much, there aren't really no excuses to work out, it's about being creative and the commitment to be healthy I just wish I could go to your Gym, I'm gonna start doing your workout routine and even shared the video to my friends so they can start doing your routines. Greetings from Mexico
I love your workout rutines, but I have to ask you cuz I really get frustrated about my love handles and I recently lost 78 pounds and what I ususally do is jumping the rope and I jump with no rope; I don't know if it works but, How can I get rid off them please. Thanks, Greetings from Mexico
Can you get buff this way ? Or is it mainly for other reasons ? I already started doing these but I'm curious as to why I would. Like what's your explanation
It will build some size, but the most beneficial it's for strength, mobility, flexibility and athletic ability (coordination, body control, spacial awareness etc.)
watched almost all the videos I could see, especially the movement exercises. Can I use this as a part of my training for javelin throw/ football/rugby? PS : I play a lot of sports and I am just giving it a thought that these movements might help in gaining more coordination and stability to the body muscles.
Vahva fitness is great. But my one question, and I'm sure most others are wondering it too, but will doing all these animal movements get me a body like his? If so, sign me up, if not, well I guess I'll stick to weight training.
Thanks! Good question: I will make a video about this soon. Here's my latest transformation video: ruclips.net/video/5hBkzrBwQ2k/видео.html . This has been my goal since day 1: find the best way to get extraordinary results with myself and clients. Traditional weight training produces results, but average results (some strength, some athleticism, some mobility, but not top strength, top athleticism and top mobility).
Thank you for watching! You can learn the benefits of movement training and find instructions in this blog post ➞ bit.ly/learningmovement
Kudos to the client for agreeing to be filmed!
