    Thankyou for always reminding us how important the movements we made in play as children were and always have been, still ARE, to us. Sometimes we forget some movements as life crowds us. Our appreciation of your work, knows no bounds. I keep sharing your videos with people.

    Can you get buff this way ? Or is it mainly for other reasons ? I already started doing these but I'm curious as to why I would. Like what's your explanation

    • @Vahvafitness
      @Vahvafitness  8 лет назад +4

      It will build some size, but the most beneficial it's for strength, mobility, flexibility and athletic ability (coordination, body control, spacial awareness etc.)

      Vahva Fitness does it hav an effect in the brain since we are using our whole body rather than some isolating one body part at a time ?

    Are animal movements good for the Thoracic Spine health? Any movements better than others, could you recommend any?

    • @Vahvafitness

      The lizard is quite good but different back bridges and movements where you arch the back and extend are the best

    watched almost all the videos I could see, especially the movement exercises. Can I use this as a part of my training for javelin throw/ football/rugby?
    PS : I play a lot of sports and I am just giving it a thought that these movements might help in gaining more coordination and stability to the body muscles.

    Vahva fitness is great. But my one question, and I'm sure most others are wondering it too, but will doing all these animal movements get me a body like his? If so, sign me up, if not, well I guess I'll stick to weight training.

    • @Vahvafitness
      @Vahvafitness  7 лет назад

      Thanks! Good question: I will make a video about this soon. Here's my latest transformation video: ruclips.net/video/5hBkzrBwQ2k/видео.html .
      This has been my goal since day 1: find the best way to get extraordinary results with myself and clients. Traditional weight training produces results, but average results (some strength, some athleticism, some mobility, but not top strength, top athleticism and top mobility).
