I love how she is still zero waste today and helps other coworkers how to be zero waste too
As well as using lest packages recycle compost less plastic and more
really how did you know?
@@Karen-qc4ut We see her a lot in other zero waste videos
Companies can make a big difference too. Does the supermarket really need to package separate bell peppers?
I leave the trash at the supermarket. If they think they need to pack it that way they have to also deal with the trash
I especially get angry when bananas are packaged. BANANAS!
HA
They also use black plastic, which is the worst kind and it’s only used for the aesthetic
Actually, there is a very good reason why vegetables (bell peppers and cucumbers) are packaged to plastic. That wrapping makes the vegetables last much longer, weeks in fact. Without it they wilt faster and people are less likely to buy/eat them. That turns the vegetables themselves into trash, which is very bad because growing them has taken a lot of water, nutrients and energy.
It is in fact better for the environment to wrap them in plastic and then burn the plastic turning it into energy, than to increase the already-gigantic amount of food waste by letting the vegetables wilt. There was a calculation about this somewhere, but I can't remember where. (So you shouldn't protest wrappers, but landfills. Your problem is with inadequate waste management.)
This is something that people don't normally realize. Fresh, unpackaged items are fine if you buy them immediately after they were picked and eat them quickly. But often vegetables can be quite old when you buy them because
- they are brought from a long distance away
- they only deliver them every other day or twice a week or once a week
- shopkeeper bought too many of them, and people aren't buying them quick enough
A cucumber can last weeks in wrapping and still look pristine, so you won't even know it's "old" when you buy it. I actually used to work in a greenhouse, picking and packing cucumbers, and I got to take them home for free. Usually the ones I got weren't wrapped, and they turned soft and wrinkly really fast. The farmer told me I shouldn't keep them in the fridge, but that didn't help. They wilted both in room temperature and in the fridge. The wrapped ones kept for up to 3 weeks, which gave me enough time to make use of them, cause I don't really like cucumber that much. :D
But yeah, I agree there is no excuse for packaging bananas or oranges etc. What I said only applies to vegetables with thin skins.
I asked my grandma how they used to go grocery shopping when there was no plastic.
She explained to me that they went into the shop and then the salesman used to fill their glass jars or other containers with the food they wanted.
They bought vegetables directly from farmers.
I also asked about processed food and she told me that back then nothing like this existed. Her grandma and mother used to cook everything, they made their own marmelade and sweets.
I love my grandma dearly and she is such a great inspiration for me to go zero waste
Earthling Ellis it’s crazy how not even 100 years ago people were living exactly like that!
I really wish this was longer than 5 1/2 minutes. I want to see more of it to do some myself
Elizabeth Boulet there are tons of videos on RUclips about that
the zero waste community is huge on youtube and has lots of blogs. my favorites are the blogs litterless and trash is for tossers. i especially love the “nothing new” posts on litterless because a lot of people think they need to buy new stuff to be zero waste, which isn’t always true.
start from bringing a shopping bag for grocery shopping, it is simple to start
I like that she said she appreciates how lucky she is to be able to do this at all, most people don't realize that.
Oh you know, because poor people in India are only able to afford Doritos and Chips Ahoy. Fresh food is too "expensive".
Not everyone lives in India.
Teddy O'Malley False. The earth is flat and everyone is in India.
I am triggered. Now I will send more money to the ADL to make you cease this hate speech. REEEE!!!
LINGINKILMBIOIII GLINGOBOYT BIARB 😂😂😂😂
AwesomeRobot15 yeah totally, it's great that she did this but it's such an important thing to acknowledge that it is a privilege
they should make a buzzfeed green and make more videos like these
Totally should, I mean they ARE running out of ideas, lmao
They really should
Jaycee p I love that! YES.
Jaycee p Wait great idea!
WOAH
on the ladylike video when they work a food truck, she brought her own container so she wouldn't have any waste. super cool to see she's still going with this
Addie Simmons I came here right after watching that video! It's amazing how she actually continued minimising her trash
And now Ladylike just recently made a zero waste beauty routine video with her as the guide. So she absolutely still does this to this day.
And she helped motivate 100 people to not use plastic straws.
i love how she's now the environmental person at buzzfeed hahaha
Addie Simmons I was just about to write that but you said it all. She is amazing
buzzfeed should try eating on only $2.50 per day because almost half the world lives on about $2.50 daily
yes... but half the world is also cheaper than the US
I don't really see your point.
ChiaraBells it's eye opening to see how others are living... & how privileged we are in the U.S.. that's the point.
+Candace Michelle Nicolai I'm not tho
Seone Anderson I know some people have to eat from the left over things in trash
Good luck doing that in L.A. Not gonna happen I think. They've done some videos where big spenders have spending limits which is already a good start I think
Would they do this again but with the whole buzz feed office? They could make teams and have a contest as to which one produces the least trash
YAH
ruclips.net/video/GuIeZt5OOUY/видео.html
Close enough...? Lol
Great idea but not everyone would be able to do it. There’s 200 or 300 people in that office
This is my favourite video Buzzfeed has produced. It's something of actual value and worth, and I learned a lot. I'd love to see more videos like this, and many more with this powerful woman.
hey I don't know this girl in the video sorry but you should check out trash is for tossers. this girl gives many tips and insights on this lifestyle. she has a RUclips channel and a blog I believe:)
Hanna Van Fleet her name is Auri Jackson :)
i definitely agree!!
Great minds...👊🏼🤘🏼
yeah it makes me want to try living trash free or atleast reduce my trash/ be conscious about it
I read an article about a girl in NY that was able to fit 3 years worth of trash into a mason jar😳
Trash is for tossers here on youtube
EllaBella where did she leave all her periode?
Hello nails You mean her pads and tampons? She uses a reusable menstrual cup, that she cleans out every 8 to 12 hours. It made of silicone, cost around $20 to $40 bucks and last for 5+ years.
What about toilet paper though?
imakefoodhappen Some people invest in composting toilets which are apparently ordourless. Some people do it the Asian way by installing a bidet or simply using a watering can to clean themselves which some argue is more cleanly. Alternatively for wiping after urination you can use reusable cloths which you wash clean.
If you want paper, find a brand which is compostable/recycled/eco and collect the paper in a bin instead of putting it down the toilet and then compost it - they seem to not throw paper down toilets in Europe alot of the time. After our sewage waste is treated, what is left behind is a sludge which goes to landfills and this uses a lot of resources, so less paper by everyone is ideal.
Tell supermarkets to stop packing bloody cucumbers etc in plastic! It's not needed
Ikr! why do all veggies come in plastic so annoying 😒
It is I make the food last longer, but your right certain foods don’t need to be in plastic
As well as being pointless to put cucumbers in plastic, it's a pain in the butt to get that plastic off
@JM except I have limited mobility, especially in my hands, which makes my grip incredibly weak, so even with a knife it's still difficult
I want to know why people are constantly commenting on these videos dissing them but obviously they are still watching
Emma K You The Real MVP. I'm so confused too. And on every video as well.
Emma K I am confused as well
The video's entertaining, it's just that it's fun to make fun of stuff
I enjoy laughing at it
Emma K exactly like it makes 0 sense
I'm so impressed by these videos they put thirty days into five minutes

Sad :(
Miyuki damn I guess i failed the challenge
Day 11: throw myself away
Finally, a video from buzzfeed that actually made me think
Lucinda Rofe
IKR! a video that isn't cancer
Benny cancer is a serious thing don't compare it to something u have a choice to watch or not watch I'm not trying to create an argument but just think about it
Lucinda Rofe a little rude
The Randomness Channel ever algo a little true though
Also, if you have veggie scraps then put them in a bag in your freezer until it's full and then put it in a stock pot with some water and cook it down for some delicious veggie broth! I like to cook my quinoa with homemade veggie broth just to give it a bit more flavor.
Wow nice hack. I have seen this in a lot of videos but I didn't really do it cause I am scared it'll taste bad.But I think I'll give it a shot
Le Gey what ever you prefer.
I always do that. Any scraps that are fruit or veggie go in a Ziploc bag in the freezer. I keep another bag for bones, fat, etc from animals inn the freezer. When they're full I make stock out of them. You can also do bones coveted in water in your crock pot for at least 24 hours and get every bit of good out of the bones that way.
can u compost the veggie scraps after straining them out of the stock?
I really wanna try to do this at least for a week or so
Yaaaaaasssss
Same, but then I remember that will require me washing dishes and I quickly say F it
I want to try, too. But I can't get staples without packaging where I live (like grains, lentils, beans, some veggies etc.). The type of store they showed in the video isn't available everywhere :-/
Super Gal me too! I have chickens who eat our food scraps so I guess that's a start. :)
why did she not just reduce/reuse/recycle... or am I missing the point of the video? you're not creating trash if you follow the three Rs... plus it's a much easier goal to obtain
Love this!
I'm trying to go low waste (It's hard because I still live at home) and I feel really bad that I can't go zero waste, but my medical syringes and needles and such create a lot of plastic waste. But because of all the plastic I see myself going through with every shot, it makes me want to try even harder to be zero waste in every other aspect!
Alexx Wretched keep on trying!!!! 😇
Alexx Wretched it's great that you're trying to reduce other kinds of wastes, keep going😉
You can do it!!!!! You’re amazing!!!!
What are the needles for?
zero waste is all about trying to reduce. medical supplies are generally considered something of a necessity, you don't need to worry about these things. reduce plastic in other areas of your life, you're still zero waste as long as you try!
Probably the best video from Buzz Feed. We need everyone to do this experiment and realise just how very unnecessary it is to create the trash we have.
This video inspired me to go Zero Waste! Going on 1 month now and it's actually pretty easy
Kristen Houser update?
Kristen Houser update?
Kristen Houser updateee
I've been transitioning. The grocery stores know me hehe. I brought a glass jar for chicken.. but they had to give a sticker for checkout. So, I went plant based diet (no meat).
Kristen Houser I’m just starting lol this is like when I went vegan it took a while but it happened
I dont think I could afford to create zero waste, but this has definitely encouraged me to attempt to make less waste (: These are the kinds of videos I appreciate at BuzzFeed
Luna same
some changes save you money in the long run:)!
my dogs name is Luna
Its really cool that is now her lifestyle.
love love love this video buzzfeed needs more videos like this
with all those subscribers some people will be inspired

This video was honestly wonderful and sad at the same time
I wish she had a channel devoted to her zero waste experience!!
I agree. A 5min video didn't feel like enough.
There’s an actual channel about that
Try "trashisfortossers" or "girlgonegreen." They're both entertaining and informative zero waste RUclips channels.
"I use to have different soaps for different things and now I'm aware that soap is just soap" welcome to how men have treated soap for years 😂 Hell, I'll wash with washing up liquid
James X 😂
Wait actually don't do that lol! You may not need a soap for EVERYTHING but certain soaps (ex: ones with harsher chemicals for housework) would be bad for your skin with regular use.
what about shampoo
i can't help but think that eating less animal products is a huge help to the environment. if you watch Cowspiracy, this guy was trying so hard to help the environment like ridding his bike to work and recycling and all those wonderful things. only to realize animal agriculture is the most destructive industry on the planet. pls do a report on this buzzfeed. no one wants to suggest the idea of eating less animal products because it makes so many people angry, but it's what needs to be said.
JA DE I totally agree, this is what I was thinking throughout the entire Video.
JA DE I agree :) Go Vegan! 🌱💚
JA DE People will always eat meat, what we need to do is change HOW we produce meat. Cut down on factory farming and slaughterhouse methods, advocate for free-range foods and meat made by animals allowed to frolic in large fields and eat organically. Besides, lots of people need meat. It's an easy way of getting lots of nutrients, and is a staple choice for muscle building.
TOTALLY agree with you bro @ JA DE. that was a powerful documentary for sureee
Xtrememan89768 - Don't forget that science needs to be heavily invested in this area as well. Growing meat with less area, less waste, more cleanly, or without "conventional" animals at all!
this is probably the best and most informative video I have seen buzzfeed do. I'd love more videos like this because it scares me too. Also a DIYS on your compost bin would be awesome too.
Wow this really changed my whole view about things. I never realized that how much trash I make directly affects the environment.
We watched this video in our science class lol. Our teacher is really lit
@@thefearshark lmao why would you want to excersise
A good teacher
@@doveu bc its fun ;-;
Ava_Plays cuz it’s litty
In history we're going to mummify chickens, so... ya
They should have a Buzzfeed green where they have more of these kinds of videos
Jaycee Potter yaass
I'm very interested in trying this. This is a life style and living in a city, with a full time job(one that is very wasteful at that to add to it!) I imagine this is very difficult. I wanna make grocery shopping as quick as possible and cooking time as minimal as possible, so I don't feel like I have to give up my time for socializing and hobbies and napping. My ultimate dream is to have a little house with some open land so I can grow all my food and medicinal plants, hopefully that happens before my life is over.
omg thats my dream too
Peter Rabbit little bit look up blogs and posts on Pinterest for ideas! I also thought it would be impossible but after learning more it really is doable. And of course zero isn't actually an attainable number, but every bit helps!
P R little B well that got dark
I thought of a idea of how to contribute to this in a small way... bring ur reusable mug to the coffee shops instead of using their paper cups and plastics caps that they provide to reduce waste
A lot of ppl do that near me bc the coffee shops premoted that idea ^^
I'm pretty sure you can compost paper towels, so that wasn't actually trash :).
awkward april correct!
You still get an individual plastic wrap = trash.
awkward april same thing with cardboard
U can
awkward april Yes.
so basically , half the rap industry gotta stop making music to try this.
Mr Not That Famous dang... that was good
Mr Not That Famous 😂
Mr Not That Famous why you gotta do that lol
Mr Not That Famous your a legend
damn. that is some sick shade and i love it.
Finally someone who does a challenge for a long time instead of just doing it for a day!
Imagine if you were a vegan, minimalist, zero waste environmentalist. That takes A Lot of will power in this world.
Alisha C I've actually been doing a lot of research about all of that! I'm already vegan and I'm a lot more minimalistic than I used to be. I would be zero waste but I'm 14 so I don't really get to buy anything/groceries myself, although I have been buying mason jars and other things to work towards that goal. I also want to live in a tiny house when I'm older!
Wowgrab Gaming If what you say here is true, well done I think that is super good, and if you keep to your mind set I bet your will make the would a slightly better place
You can't be vegan and an environmentalist. If you're truly vegan, you won't use leather bags and shoes. The substitute for that, especially winter boots, will be synthetic fabric. Which means plastic, which means petroleum. That's not eco-friendly and not zero waste. Animals choke on plastic, especially ones that live in or near a sea. Therefore, vegans also kill animals.
I do understand where you're coming from, though there are some more eco-friendly options. Cotton comes from a plant and is often used in clothing. There's also a lot of other fibers that can be made from a variety of sources that are safe for our planet. Also, not everybody is perfect. We may not always be able to completely minimize our negative impact on this planet, but we can get it down very, very low, and make up for any damage we do by having a positive impact. Going zero waste keeps an average of four pounds of trash out of the landfills every day, which is WAY better that the average American. Going vegan saves countless animal lives and reduces air pollution; so does replacing gasoline powered vehicles. Maybe we will end up harming some animals, but not in a way that is detrimental to their species.
Mens soap: The soap can be used to wash your hands, hair, your face, etc!
Woman’s soap: This special cream is for your left elbow! Only your left.
Why is this so friggin true😂😂😂😂😂😂
Finally someone who's actually dedicated to the challenge! Instead of giving up halfway through
This video was really inspirational. I think we should make this a challenge !
She did not mentioned what she use when she got her period though.
YEEESSS THE WEEKEND STARBOY LOVE UR PROFILE PIC😂😍😍😍

X'OTWOD that's legit what I was thinkin
Zero waste? Guess she wasn't planning on pooping lol
Joyita Darling exactly! but I guess u could use it like fertilizer. but what about pee?
poop can be used as fertilizer
Alyssa S urine is acidic so i doubt that
Cerina Jackson but in the video she calls the trash waste so it's synonymous for her
teestrawberrie there are quite a couple fruit producing plants that thrive on acidity such as blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
I love this girl! She’s really good!!!!
This is great! I'm doing a 30 days challenge series and the next will be "30 days without generating trash" :)
Amarna Miller omggg I love u. My fav youtuber
cool
Amarna Miller but I’m trash ;-;
Amarna Miller I
YAY AWESOME! i’m so happy
Paper shouldn't be a hazard to throw away, Neither would animal bones. All of those products should be able to decompose in soil in a short amount of time.
Paper plates and cups aren't recyclable because they've been contaminated with food. Unless you compost at home, they go to a landfill, where the process of biodegrading is significantly slower.
Unsustainable forests destroy ecosystems, so unless it's advertised as being sourced from sustainable forests, consumers are contributing to that.
Personally, one of the most important concerns is that the majority of paper products are bleached, often with chlorine, which is one of the most hazardous industrial chemicals - and we eat off of it, put it into the environment and wipe our butts with it!
Snassy Your Skelefell uhh 200k years honey :/
I have considered going vegan, or at least vegetarian. My family isn't against it, but I think I will start with it when I get my own place. Because it would be easier for me since it's me that is buying the food etc..also, why do we have so much plastic!? Do we really need plastic for ehm...EVERYTHING? Come on people! We can do better at this!
RealLove Anime thats my plan too, im not going to go complete, but i will be eating meat alot less, like maybe twice a week. bc lets face it, meat is delicious
Don't they wash plastic waste and then melt it so it can be used again? is that not how recycling works?
Dude ILLigence Same. But I can't give up Korean BBQ
If you see at least one video of how meat industry is, you would see the reality behind those delicious burgers, and after a time being vegetarian you won't miss the meat at all, it's not cool to kill an animal who wants to live as much as we do
The Potato Otaku true, exactly why i cant give it up completly
Plz do more vids like this!! This deserves way more views! It's so important to highlight important topics like this 💛
this would be impossible for Jacob sartorius

😂 imagine if this was a law *EARTH WEEK NO TRASH FOR 7 DAYS*
Niki Wright I actually think this is a good idea lol
Dora Leticia López Sánchez I know it would break down economy but it sounds kinda fair
This has actually really inspired me... i want to become an event planner and this job actually produces a lot of waste from what i've seen and experienced through internships and experience organizing my senior prom, i already have some nice ideas on how to set my business apart and this has given me a great idea and i'll also try and put it to use when i go off to live on my own^^
Wow... I am from Germany and I've been in America for a few weeks.. I think that the trash is a big problem because in Germany it is normal to have two trash cans in each household sometimes even three for compost, recycling and other stuff.. also we have extra bins for old glass and paper. This all happened because we have one green party that was really strong in the past. It makes me sad that there is no such strong party in the USA (I know there is one green party but it has nearly no influence). Also healthy stuff like fruits and vegetables are sooo expensive in America and so people buy more junk food like burgers which have like three packages.. When someone goes grocery shopping in America, nearly every article gets packed in an individual plastic bag and at home I guess they will be thrown away.. Once I was eating at a McDonalds and the guy gave me a plastic bag. I said that I didn't need it and gave it back to him, hoping that he would give it to someone else who needs it later. He threw it in the trash. America needs to change this problem and their opinion and I guess that Donald Trump will make that even worse.. If we don't change that the world will get even worse..😔
Panic! on the toilet I have 11 bins in my house and 3 bins for recycling

So would I
It's really cool to see her from the very beginning of zero waste to now! She had no idea how and what to do to being an expert at it and helping her friends and us! I respect you, Auri!!!
What she did was amazing. Very inspiring. More videos like this please, Buzzfeed!
Truly inspired, dont get me wrong, but in a fast pace world that i live in i dont always have the time to be as considerate of my trash as i should be. Doesnt hurt to try though, and i do see potential benefits.
Favorite Comment I said that about Freeganism. Super inspiring and honorable.
supermarkets should consider making more foods purchasable without packaging like the quinoa, or have reusable bags for rice and stuff. I think if a couple small changes were made we could greatly reduce the amount of waste we produce, like just selling cereal in bags, instead of in a bag within a box, the box is completely unnecessary.
I think it makes sense for"zero waste" to mean *"no garbage".* If it's recycled then that should be okay. If it's composted, that's also good (although the latter part was mentioned in the video, but not the recycling).
That said, I think the more reasonable and *"sustainable"* option is something like "cut non-recycleable waste by 80-90%", since very few people are going to stick to their whole life with this "zero waste" stuff.
You should watch Arie’s video on recycling!
say what you want but they make videos about stuff that matters and they're actually educational
Well, most of the time, anyway.
That frozen-condom-bra video was... pretty educational.

just look at her now 100% zero waste 🥺❤️
We can never produce 0 waste. That's is literally impossible. What we can do is to reduce the amount of waste
JmethenDour //
she made a very small part of trash compared 150 pounds a months (avg)...that's laudable
JmethenDour // true but we can make an effort to do so
JmethenDour // lol u do have to take a crap sometime
JmethenDour // lol but instead of making 100 lbs of trash she mad a couple ounces. That's a pretty good reduction
duh
This is (so far) the best video I have seen on youtube
that smile though @3:34
The thumbnail looked like a sim sleeping on the floor
LMAO

Rachel D so vegetarian
Jilli Spencer yep vegetarian...but not vegan.

I can't live without trash because I am trash
Lord Voldemort my lord!
Fake voldemort
😂

Me
now this is good buzzfeed content! good job interviewing professionals :]
don't kill me but I thought it said "I try to make someone trash for 30 days"
Haha
Aria Tulimi 😃☺
Great great video! This is the kind of stuff that really matters and should be put out there more.
I would love to try this. If I could afford it.
***** I don't drink coffee. xD
Christian Schoff as long as your not eating only ramen everyday to save money I think you probably could afford it.
I've been doing this for about a month now, and it's actually A LOT cheaper than you might think!
You can afford it if you shop in the correct places :) If you MUST buy food in packaging, buy it in cardboard (like pasta) rather than plastic. Buy all your rice, beans and flours etc in bulk food stores. Bring your own containers to grocery stores and ask butchers to put the meat in there (if you eat meat). If you don't, well good! Find out what your city can recycle... Buy stuff in glass which is 100% recyclable. It's not expensive but it is a commitment. You cannot just leave for your favorite store and expect it to be a zero waste trip. You really need to find the bulk stores or stores that are zero waste where you bring your own containers to fill (ie: liquid soap, oils, etc)
I recycle and I want to make the environment better
SweetSprinkles LPS sexy
That’s great
I really like this! What about napkins/tissues? Do you just carry around rags/hankees?
hang1iderswing
Nah, the shirt will do fine
A lot of zero waste people do have a little kit with them in their bag, it may contain a kitchen towel, travvel cutlery, a water bottle and other realevant things. Having a towel at hand is actually really practical :)
hang1iderswing, I use bandanas.
i'm more worried about toilet paper
i think you would buy it out of packeging use it and use the carbord btw it is availebel to buy unpackejed tp
So inspiring!!! I want to make this a challenge for a week &/ or gradually make it into a long term commitment!!!
I know a person who did that, and it's not a good idea after all. It is a real hassle, even if you live in a liberal city with suitable stores. And for the less trash you're producing (which isn't really that harmful if you live i.e. in Western Europe with good recycling quotas), you are wasting vastly more ressources to consume a diverse diet of fresh foods, which usually don't grow locally - ever wondered why the stuff is more expensive?
oh no. i guess we need to look into more options!
adrienne lea 🎉me 2!!!!!!!
Then grow a small garden at the beginning of spring so in summer you won't have to pay for as much food
adrienne lea how is it going?
I think it's a good start that most supermarkets don't give their plastic bags away for free anymore, for me that really works and I usually bring my own bag now. But to be honest, being a German living in the UK at the moment I have to say that Germany is quite progressive when it comes to trash. Here in the UK so much stuff in unnecessarily wrapped in platic (it's true though, it makes it seem as if it hasn't been touched so a lot of people unconsciously go for it).. and so many people just throw ALL their trash in one bin (in Germany we have seperate bins for paper, glass, recycling and food trash.. I know there's also recycling & ordinary trash cans here but it's not a regulation on a national level, just local wise)... It's also up to the government to give stricter regulations and making people aware how and what to consume, because as long as it's available like that in the supermarket most people just don't bother thinking about it.
I love how much she cares for the environment 😭💟
did she use a menstrual cup? bc tampons and pads would be trash
Marley Joon imagine she had a load of bloody tampons in the jar at the end
She might of used cloth menstrual pads, they're the same concept as cloth diapers for babies.
so should we not try? are you for or against? i'm confused. This is to Justin Anstine
an idea, is just reduce the amount of trash. like keep hygene stuff, but get rid of plastic cups, and all the plastic containers and what not. Also use electric cars not gas(that one is expensive tho)
Tiggerrrun 1020 good point !
I THOUGHT THIS MEANT THEY WERE GOING TO KEEP THEIR HOUSES CLEAN, LIKE NO TRASH ON THE FLOOR LOL WHAT
Madelyn Wolf lol i also did
who leaves trash on the floor? LOL
Madelyn Wolf I thought the same thing
aaaaahh animals that's who lol
Madelyn Wolf same
I recycle and try to avoid packages as much as possible! Recycling is so easy and really makes a difference, but for some reason people don't do it. It makes no sense to me.
One of the few buzzfeed videos that actually contributes something meaningful. More videos like this and with this presenter please!
I wonder if toilet paper counts....and if she uses a diva cup or just free bleeds..
wooaahhh, that's actually a great question
there's also those cloth absorbent period underwear which are apparently super comfy (i haven't tried, but they sound great)
PigThePug i think she's said before that she uses the diva cup
Maybe a bidet?
PigThePug she probably puts the paper in the compost tbh
Might be the only decent bf video poster in quite a while now
I can't make zero trash since I'm already trash....
Lunaria Abyss :) I am trash
Lunaria Abyss I'm Homestuck Trash
Lunaria Abyss pretty sure my dumps are heavier than how much trash I throw out
excuse me fellow faliures, may I join in? ^~^
ROBLOX Sisters No you can't join in
This is honestly one of the best works from Buzzfeed.
Best Buzzfeed video ever. "Soap is just soap!"
Prefect contradiction to all those videos of people eating processed foods, trying fad makeup techniques and generally doing things that do no good in the world, and actually perpetuate ideologies that cause more pollution and unhealthy eating habits.
I think the worst thing I ever heard on a buzzfeed video was "I haven't used soap in bar form for years!" That poor brainwashed girl who actually thinks soap in plastic bottles with high levels of perfume are somehow going to make her life better, when all they do is cause pollution.
Good job guys, it's nice to see you trying to do something vaguely positive for the environment for once.
This was really inspiring! I now want to make a compost!
I have a challenge, try to find a buzz feed video that is not trash
Dr Quirk your face is trash lol
Dr Quirk JK
haHAA really funny dude!
Dr Quirk Buzzfeed unsolved is the bomb!!
i honestly think this one was kinda good. at least it has a meaningful message to it in contrary to all the "worth it?" or "drunk people get surprised by this or that" garbage.
Honestly, the girl in this video is TOTALLY my favourite Buzzfeed member! Shes kind, shes pretty and she cares about the environment!
