THANK YOU SO MUCHHHHHHH!!! my front knee have been hurting me for the past 2 WEEKS and when I stretched it as you said all the pain suddenly went away😭😭😭😭💖💖💖💖💖 Truly thankful🥺❤
I figured i probably have meniscus problem… no pain actively bending knee, but when i use my hands to band it deeply pain starts to kick in. No pain at all when performing deep squat not even a hinge. I was suspecting meniscus but i’m only running, i don’t play football or any sports involving rapidly changing direction. Going to get MRI done and xing fingers it’s not meniscus. Thank you for your video. You are the Only one who explained it all in one video without any “water”
If it's the whole knee except the front when passively bending, the most likely issue would be something inside the knee joint... i.e. arthritis, meniscus, ACL/PCL, etc. Of course you'd have to get it evaluated in person to tell for sure what it is and the best course of action to treat it.
@@More4Life thanks, I'm gonna look at getting in with Ortho. I'm 38. Even in my teens I'd have this issue where my knee would pop and be stuck bent, someone else would literally have to straighten it for me, violent crunch when it straightened too. Doc way back said it was a meniscus issue. Edit: this flare up occured after snatch grip deadlifting. Was feeling really good and I hit a new max. My technique involves almost a 1/2 squat vs a full hinge on the movement, similar to how Oly lifters snatch.
my knee doesn't hurt if I'm lying on my back and lifting my leg in the air and bending all the way closed, but if I'm squatting with my weight on it, the pain slowly starts building up and the longer I stay in that position the more pain I feel trying to stand up. (both legs) really hurts if my knee sits on the ground though, can't stand it more than even a second.
I've had to avoid squats for about a week now but my right knee still hurts when I bend it. It only hurts when my feet are facing to the sides or inwards, but when my feet are facing forward it doesn't.
The common sense answer would be to keep your feet facing forward when squatting then. Here's a longer more detailed answer in this video: ruclips.net/video/6O38rT1i3H0/видео.html
Inside of my right knee hurts only when I sit folding my legs to do meditation. I also need to unfold really slowing too. Any idea what could be the issue? Thanks.
My right leg hurts when I bend it upwards and if I bend it to the right when I'm in a sleeping position it also hurts. I wonder why this is? This sore leg started when I did the splits
I twisted my right knee yesterday and have been experiencing extreme pain at the fold of my knee while straightening and bending my knee.I also feel pain when putting pressure on the foot .So ,I been wondering if it could be a meniscus tear.
It could be a meniscus tear, but there are other things that can cause similar symptoms. In either even, if you're having extreme pain and difficulty weightbearing, it would be worth seeing your doctor about.
I fell almost 10 months ago and I fell on my second big toe, meaning the toe was out of position and it's on that second toe where I felt the most pain. My whole foot was swollen and the surrounding toes as well. Since then my second toe hasn't fully gone back to being how it was before. With long periods of standing my knee locks and it's constantly painful. At the moment I can't bend my right knee and when I do it's very painful. At its worst the pain radiates from the front of the knee all the way down to the second toe. Any help or advice would be great my appreciated
So in my case For the last one month, whenever I do my squats a dull pain starts on the tissue just above the knee Which somehow radiaties to my thigh muscle and sometimes it feels like my calf muscle just below the knee is under strain.. However, they dont all happen at the same time It's either knee or thigh or calf.
