In ARUNACHAL PRADESH,we can hardly see beggar or homeless from outside because the association or union are very strict with ILP.
Fake beggars are increasing more than true beggars so,please remove all the fake beggars
Forget about the growth of BEGGARS and HOMELESS. Think of capturing all our businesses, damaging our beautiful cultures and identities because of our girls married to these people and also adopting them and giving them our names and surnames etc what a sorry state of affairs in our Nagaland now.
I was gonna say the same. I have said this a couple of years ago and some white knight dudes attacked me for my opinion lol. Our culture is being diluted by some Naga women.

There are so many poor Naga people...but they don't beg, from where they are coming to Nagaland and begging.... It's better if we chess them away to their respective places.
We should not intertain beggars they are taking advantage , many beggars r not real beggars they r thieves . Authority must issue ILP to all the beggars then only they'll left Dimapur
Dimapur seems to be the paradise for beggars and homeless where these people come for their basic needs. I think one factor may be the generosity and friendly gesture of the nagas and also the ministries and organisations handing out freebies like clothes and foods. And I think this is encouraging them to come to Dimapur.
