I love that guy's collection. Oh, and I had a turbografx 16 with the turbo CD as a teenager, and one of my friend had a Neo Geo, so lots of great memories watching this episode.
I respect the fact that you paid 70% for that stuff. That’s what should be done for quality stuff. I like these type of episodes. Always fun seeing what other people have.
Its not like he looked up the games one by one on pricecharting and cut 30% off. He just calculated a quick estimate in is head in like 30 seconds like he always does. So basically probably still got them for half value.
@@hellhammer5504you’re underestimating what he makes from RUclips and his deals from other people that come into the store everyday. He will not be hurting from paying more than normal on just a couple of deals.
It's a good idea to pay 70 percent not only for foot traffic into your store but also to establish a good relationship with this guy because his collection is crazy and he clearly knows how to find quality products
The Turbo Express was used as a prop in the Will Smith Gene Hackman movie Enemy of the State. For placement in the movie, they used the handheld as a method of watching videos captured by a motion detection camera. If you haven't seen this film, take the 2 hrs and do so. It is an excellent action-packed thriller.
I appreciate the fact that you tell us how much you paid for the games and consoles. You see alot of resell channels that never tell you anything regarding price and all they say is that they got a good deal.
Great haul! I had the turbografx 16 when it first came out. Nobody I knew had that system. Later picked up 2 turbo express handhelds brand new. All sold off many years ago but crazy how that stuff has skyrocketed.
Rick you’re generous and honestly if I owned a video store I would only pay 50% of the value. I don’t know how you’re profitable paying that much for games. Yet, again you are well known so you probably get more foot traffic than most video game stores.
Hello Rick, my mother and I traveled from Texas to Conway, to visit your store, it’s breathtaking!😮 Will and Kristy were super helpful and friendly, I traded my Zelda 3DS XL and some Super Nintendo and switch games. I got more $ than I ever had in my hands, I was drooling with envy over your displays, would love to meet you someday, rock on!🤘🏻
❤That is one incredible collection. The Turbo Express in the box is highly impressive. I picked one up new back in 2008 in Topeka, Kansas. It was a must have for sure.👍😁😎👌
Retro Rick Making Big Moves I’ve Been Blessed To See All Of The 1980s To Now I’m From NY I Was The Only One Growing Up That Had A NES Master System Turbo Grafx And Neo Geo In The 80s I Have My Sega CD Model 2 And CDX Still Great Pickups Rick
That stack of Vita games got me so excited! I wish we could have seen all of them laid out. Sadly, it's very rare you see any Vita games in stores anymore.
Oh wee this man has boxed gold. Neo Geo boxed and games boxed 😍. Damn some NES boxed and they looked like they were in immaculate condition. Panic restaurant gorgeous. Retro Rick coming out with a boxed Sega CDX. Beautiful

Hey! Retro Rick! I think at your video game store you should host an annual video game compilation every summer in side and out side .... A table that sweats 5 people monitor s and have a theme every year .. say like who is the fastest to master super Mario 64 for the game cube. 💯🙏🏾get money or a buy get 3 games free at your store
had a kid in high school that was autistic though he could function normally but he was super into NeoGeo and would do youtube videos and stuff about them and he would mod them and all that jazz, he loved that console. he actually created something during school that went on to get patent.
I have a Nintendo Game and Watch Marios Cement Factory, hardly used as I was rubbish at it as a child lol. Any idea how much it is worth and where I can sell it??
I'm guessing the JRPGLife's channel shoutout in the description was accidentally copied from Rick's previous room tour of theirs? Just letting you know. Always fun to watch these room tours!
Rick, u remember back in the day when I started to watch u get stuff whilst on dinner break.. old time viewer here.... YO rick ur next opening day invite every gaming utubers, game chasers, retrowolf(defo) John riggs, Metal j rocks reggie!! Into 1 place imagine the footfall, plus they can do a small fee for photos!! Facts a guy to go to forever
Better to pay 50% It’s ricks money so its easy to say when it’s not your money
With all his overhead he has to pay half of what he charges. 50% tops
The nerdier the better, lot of gems here! :)
Josh's room is so crazy. I'm going soon to buy some stuff from him.
This was another fun video as usual. Rick treats people right and still can make a profit, would be a better world if more people lived by that code.

I like seeing other folk's collections. I wouldn't even mind seeing you visit some other stuff outside of games, if you run into anyone interesting
I had the TurboGrafx handheld with the TV tuner adapter at one point. I wish I had all my old game stuff. I had a Sega CD and a neogeo too .....
