This is ZUN's first time using the ZUNpets in a track.

Marie's theme.
I thought this song would be the biggest mismatch, but it looks like it ended up matching the character. It sounds heavy, but yet the rhythm runs light and smooth.
There's a really hard to explain sort of feel in this song (^^;
I'm guessing this song is the most successful in embodying the character.
Regardless of the midi version, the wav version sounds romantic.
Just kidding, not really.
The holy knight in the song title is, needless to say, Joan of Arc.
She's one wicked highness, who goes well with the catchphrase "Flash sword!"

マリーのテーマ
一番ミスマッチかと思ってたけど、割とキャラにあった曲になったみたい。
重厚そうで実はものすごく軽快なリズムの曲です。
何とも言えない雰囲気が漂ってるなぁ(^^;
この曲が結果的に一番キャラに合ったのかも知れない。
midi 版はともかく、wav 版はロマンティックな曲になっています。
うそ、なっていません。
曲名の聖騎士とは、言うまでもなくジャンヌ・ダルクのことです。
「フラッシュソード！」とかいう、足癖の悪い女王様です。

Who could possibly be farther away from Jeanne d'Arc than the notoriously impure Marie ? This name is suprising.

Me,love some ZUNpets
This theme may be weaker compared to Mechanical Circus ~ Reverie, but it does sound lovely. The old school romantic trumpet, gives it an EoSD feel along with the little piano solos.
What I like the most about this theme is that it makes the ZUNpets stand out, without really blasting you with them full force (not that that's a bad thing either). They steal the show simply because they fit the melody way too well.
They don't sound that much louder or more forceful than the other instruments, but they don't need to. In fact, I'd say this piece benefits more from being rather restrained

This reminds me of witching dream.
This sounds like a different kind of MIDI trumpet, like the one used in Touhou 12.3
Anyway, i really like this epic and motivational and triumphant and catchy music :D
