This might be one of the most revolutionary things I've seen in my time on this planet. Imagine what you can create with this and how fast. Completely changes the game of what a single person can do, the scope of projects and the time needed to execute even HUGE changes
@@flonkplonk1649 it's just dead piece of entertainment, it's supposed to be replaceable. It's not real human interaction. If we get flooded with endless amounts of generated content, I think we will value any detached piece of media less and will go back to valuing interacting with people, like we used to before we were able to record human expression in books and movies and games etc. Movies entertain us because they fool us that we're interacting with the real world and real living beings, but it has always been a lie, a dead limited recording incomparable to real life
You should also be adding noise on top of everything to have it come together. The video will always have some amount of noise/ grain, and if you don't have any small movements of noise across the rest of the image it will not feel as real as the moving video.
This is INCREDIBLE!! With this in your repertoire the price HAS to go up 🔥Some people don't know how much work this actually is. Just shooting a film alone is one thing, but adding this it almost doubles the workload. I hope they realize this and charge accordingly.
Even if this video doesn't really provide anything new for me, I've hardly seen a simpler, more pleasant and likeable tutorial of its kind. I don't know why, maybe it's the pleasure, joy and lightness instead of the dogged seriousness to achieve a result. I like his attitude and that he shares it, or how he shares it. Great!
4:48 Apparently, photoshop only generates frames of 1024x1024px, so if you select an area wider than this, photoshop will just upscale a generated picture of 1024x1024px to cover your selection. We thus get a lower quality. To achieve the best quality, it seems that we should build up our scenes by selections no more than 1024x1024px.
Your tutorial on using AI in Photoshop to extend the set of Cloud Mountain is both innovative and inspiring. I'm particularly impressed with how you've shown the process of creating lamps with light effects and changing the ceiling and floor with AI. These techniques are something I'll be exploring in my own photography work. The final result in the video looks incredibly credible, and I appreciate the insights you've shared. Thanks for this valuable content!
The length of the Video made me skipped watching it even though I saved it to watch it later, but after a few minutes in and seeing what the AI can do and how you showed it, made me really love it and enjoy watching it, I’ll watch it again for sure. Good video good atmosphere I love everything about it.
This is really incredible, because we've always had problems with the wide shot being too expensive in terms of location + cost of vfx, both things can be dealt with now when it comes to low - mid level production. It won't replace everything, but it's just a great tool to fill in that one shot you cannot do due to budget restrictions, or because you ddidn't have the time to shoot physically or even have an actor come in for an additional shoot. Hollywood has been doing the same thing for decades where they would shoot an actor in a different studio on the other side of the planet just because of logicistics AND OR budget restrictions too. Baring in mind that we're looking at the embryo version of what software companies are able to offer consumers right now. What an exciting time to be a part of this.
Magnificent video, as usual. It made my creative juices flowing so fast that in the first minute I already started playing with generative fill :) Thanks !
This video was absolutely amazing... Wow... Words cant describe how excited and just in Awe with this... Revolutionary... The things you could do with this type of technology... wow! ❤
This is such a creative idea. But I'm not surprised you came up with that. Good job! I'm glad I had some time to watch these newer videos between the workshop lessons. Just forgot to leave a like and comment. But here it is. And now, dear algorithm - do your magic to this channel!
Great video Andy, I have seen other videos on youtube of people using Adobe (BETA) to expend the frame but as always you guys found a way to add value to your videos with the foreground Idea 👏👏👏 i have moved to Sweden a month ago and I'm opening my own video studio here, I hope we get to work together one day, you and your crew have been inspiring videographers like myself for a while now and I believe I speak for everyone here when I say Thank you! keep up the great work and hopefully see you guys soon.
Love what we can do now, and this is a great demo. I guess the problem will be when you want a different angle in the same set! I'm sure people are already working that.
This video is a bit different since I made it during Summer vacation. I hope you still liked it! :) Test out Epidemic Sound for free here (affiliation link): bit.ly/2VyoaYg
At 15 minutes if anyone is using after effects I'd recommend using the 3d camera and just positioning your foreground items, then animating the camera pan in. Great tips tho. For comping too a little bit of noise helps bring everything together along with the coloring.
That is amazing! Technology is really coming along but the way you blend them and make them work together still makes you the artist. That is incredible. Beautiful work and beautiful shot.
What give the effect away is that the bookshelf and the tables have no perspective change. When a camera moves in 3D space, we see the prospective change because life is in 3D. Here, because the foreground items are in 2D, they never changes perspective, giving away that they were created in 2D. Of course , if you aren't paying attention to them, then it would probably not be noticeable. I would have loved to see you you 3D elements. That might have look a bit cleaner. Still, it's really fascinating what you can do with Photoshop AI.
Amazing video, and really fun and understanderble way of showing set extensions! :D The Copyright issue is really interesting, especially when we have stuff like Anime Rock Paper Scissors, where CD uses AI to generate all of the scene, BUT they have a lot of human hands involved to create the final piece, and they paid a designer to create the style (S2). For me, AI images should use the same system at we already have with Stock, where it's opt in. But creating a system where the AI knows, what training data it's using is something I don't know if you can even do, unless you type in "in the style of [artist name]".
@@RadAlzyoud you're mistaken about the terminology. Joshua is talking about 8-bit COLOR, which will affect the possibilities you have for color correction later on. In the video they were talking about resolution.
The painting isn’t owned by the brush, but by the artist! AI is just a tool (and let’s keep it that way). Brilliant, brilliant idea! Thank you for sharing!
Is it possible to create the same set from different camera angles? Your set looks awesome but if you were shooting a reverse angle and wanted to get other side of the room what can be done? Im wondering if a set can be created 360 view then you can place camera anywhere in scene this would help everyone i think. Cheers!
This is the good side of AI people with talent know how to use it to improve original work. Its the people who use AT to create everything and think they are artist I question the implications.
The newly added lamp doesn't light up it's surroundings because it can only affect the part of the picture you selected. Maybe you can select the already created parts of the image and tell the AI to add light and reflections
We used AI for a new film here! ruclips.net/video/IRlDpzzBIjM/видео.htmlsi=uHqcP__JPaX4-hls
how did you do it since it's photoshop beta
With this AI, the horizon for storytelling expands tremendously especially for those filmmakers who are on a budget. good work Andy 🎉
Precisely!

Agree!
Right right that's true
Match Grain in After Effects saves my life every single time
I am really happy we are both getting old together. Thank you for everything you have taught us all these years!
I learnt 3 major cool new things in the first 2min and 50 seconds. I've been an editor for years! Thank you Andyax!
OMG This is Amazing🔥 this is actually Hollywood quality 💪🏼 thanks for sharing it 🙏

The way Photoshop understands the image, adds Blur or reflections from Lights is insane!

Blown away by this video. My brain is in overdrive. Thanks
Such detail, amazing ❤
it's a amazing fast work - i like it so much -
Simply spellbinding to watch the AI set evolve. Great video and tutorial.
This is really good Andy! One thing that would have sold the AI even more is adding film grain, just to gel everything together.
Wow. Commenting after that first 5 sec. Brilliant...
Edit : After 2 min this video makes me go wow..

This was such an insightful tutorial. Thank you Andyax
Incredible job. So good.❤👏
Wow! I'm speechless
Jus amazing!!!!!!! love it
Reminds me of Myst and how the developers would place live action actors into the game surrounded by CG environments. Cool vibe.
It was an eye-opening video. Thank you
Truly impressive stuff! The camera movement and foreground elements really sell the effect
great video. flabbergasted about what it can create!
Thank You, exactly what i needed :)
Thank you so much! I felt supported by u.

That’s amazing Andy , would take me longer than an hour but great to see how it done
Thank you Andy!
Absolutely incredible
What? This video is so good🔥😮
Inspired me to make my own version (even if only as a RUclips short😂)
Fantastic. I don’t use Resolve but I think this can be applied across platforms. Excellent work and very inspiring.
wow! great work. thank you for sharing this
Absolute beast :) Great stuff. Loved it man! Going to use these inspirations ideas in our films
Such a creative mind
Really cool. Did not know its so easy
This is awesome! Thanks Anders for the tutorial on how to use it and all the tips. I will try this out myself :-D
Good to see you... Long time. Very cool video
EDIT: actually it was amazing, and inspiring, thank you
Love it, keep going this good stuff
woah i did it! i am a noob compared to you but thnks to your clear explanation i did it with sony vegas lol Thanks for sharing your knowledge!
Looking good! 👏🏼🎬
Thank you só much for This video 🖤
Nice, awesome work!
Very interesting. Thanks for sharing. 😊

Incredible!
Good video. One thing. Generative fill can only do 8bit color right now. Keep that in mind :)
He mentioned that. That’s why he did the extension in chunks.

have missed this type of video :)
Muito interessante, mas esse jogo de luz e sombra nas imagens é sempre cativante😊
This is very impressive!
Amazing Work!

awesome, genius

So damn cool! 😮 love this channel so much!
10 years ago people would laugh at the idea of typing in a box and having an AI do it's magic like this, this is incredible.
amazing thank you
Can you imagine what will happen once Neil Breen gets his hands on AI?
That’s so cool that’s SO COOL
amazing !

so good
what model of screen is that? looking really cool
Great❤
Just a heads up. It is apparently in the terms of use that you CANNOT use generative fill for commercial use
It’s still Beta though.
they have no way to prove you used generative fill so very hard to enforce... there are other ways to do this manually.
Finally, I don't need to clean my tiny apartment before shooting 💅
Wow, wow, wow. That was a revelation. 👏👏👏 Are you using DaVinci Resolve for all your editing?
Amazing!
you just open a new door for me, thank you

nice, thank you, question, do I have to use GPU for photoshop, or that generate online?
