They are totally different “scale”.... Maketoys for MP scales... and this Newage is Legends Class scale... so I think it can be perfect to play with Omega supreme or the 01 studio Cell! Hope this can help!

The NewAge one absolutely has the better robot mode and transformation. But I think the DX9 one has the better jet mode.

Newage is taking a page out of dx9's book regarding the coronation gear, it's coming with the inevitable ghost version.
They might be the same company or group of companies/designers.
