    Hello, any idea if you know what's the problem that my cake rises but collapse fast after I cut them... Is it the temperature issue? I baked 2x8inch in a 65L in-built oven. Thank you!!

    Your cake looks good! But pls netx time put some oil or put baking paper on the Trey before you put your better so that easier when you want to take out the cake❤
