Hi. I have a question please. After doing all this, Streamdeck save all what we did automaticly? Or do we need to save all this changings on streamdeck menus? Thank you very much.
Certainly, it sounds like Streamdeck automatically saves the coordinates in its Profile_Manifest.json within the Data Folder used by Elgato. While it can be challenging to pinpoint the specific Manifest.json file among multiple profiles, you can be assured that the coordinates are saved there. As for manually saving, although it's possible, the process is somewhat tedious as it involves identifying the correct Manifest.json, manually copying it to another folder, and can be less efficient compared to the automatic method. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask. Best regards, Arbi
hello, i'm very interested by the StreamDeck+ and your template, but one question about the add effect: do i need to program the buttons 'insert 1, insert 2' for all the tracks or just from the first, on the channel strip, and it will work on all the other tracks. Regards
You will need to program the coordinates for each of the four existing pages, and if you decide to add your own page, you should also ensure that the coordinates are saved. This is essential because it is based on the Remote mouse plugin, and to enable the VST pages to function correctly, you must store the coordinates for each page.
This is an excellent tutorial! It is easy to follow, and the instructor seems to be a kind and pleasant person. Overall, the experience has been very positive. Thanks for your Work!
Aweseome! My StreamDeck+ comes tomorrow and I can't wait! One Question: Can I also put in my own commands? I have a lot of logic commands in Cubase (for example to halftime all the MIDI I have put in). Or are all commands fixed to what your presets comes with? Greetings
@@SideshowFX I love what you're doing and really happy ive stumbled across your channel and site, I hope you can get all software working with all stream decks in the near future so anyone is able to grab any stream deck and just load all your software profiles on it. As a creative in advertising/marketing I use multiple creative software and it would be so advantageous to be able to do that. Really appreciate the response ☺️ I'll have to just stick to DaVinci profile then for the time being
I bought this programme a few days ago. The installation worked well, but apparently the Cubase shortcuts for the German keyboard layout are not correct. Unlike your other products, your website did not say that the shortcuts are only set up for the English keyboard layout. Has anyone already adapted this for the German layout? Unfortunately, I can only make limited progress myself...
On the contrary we state it several times on the product page that an english keyboard layout QWERTY is required. www.sideshowfx.net/cubase-pro-stream-deck-plus We will be releasing an update soon that will allow Cubase 12 users to use any keyboard language layout.
@@SideshowFX Thank you for the quick reply. I must have missed the hint with all the feature descriptions :-) It would certainly be helpful to place the restriction to the English keyboard layout in a prominent and clearly visible place in thick red letters. When can we expect the update? Before the end of the year?
Any update on Mac version? I’d like to suggest making it clear in the video title to customers that this is currently windows only, as I can see in comments people have purchased this by mistake thinking it works for mac too. Thanks
Thanks for your suggestion. We do state quite clearly on the product page several times it is for Windows - we have updated the description to include that here. Mac still in development.
yes, i confirm im using english QWERTY keyboard, el cubase utility.exe esta ejecutándose en segundo plano, apretó en el streamdeck el botón de cubase y suena bien, pero mantengo botón control y alguna tecla keybind y este no suena, tampoco funciona
@@camilomorenocastro5545 Ok thanks - we sent you an email - Arbi will help you get it working. It's usually just a missed step or a checkbox somewhere :)

You can put in your own shortcut commands and move items around as you wish.
A StreamDeck plus is on its way - are you looking into creating a profile for Nuendo at all?
Not at this time

Man I wished that I looked at the comments before I bought it! Are you making it for mac I don't use windows at all? Can I get a refund?

@@SideshowFX thanks - I think we would all value some idea of timescale, even if very approximate. Keep up the great work anyway
