If you're listening to these guys for your history knowledge, you will be totally misinformed. This is just funny dumb guys entertaining us, not history teachers. There is some truth, but there is a lot of memory lapses or lack of knowledge.

Shane, Louis, and company, I loved the episode as with every other history episode I've heard. You have to read "A History of Central Banking and the Enslavement of Mankind".
Trail of tears was not a flub. Jackson told Spain, the owners of Florida at the time, to do something about the natives who kept ransacking the towns in Georgia. Spain never responded, so Jackson handled it himself.

I didn't watch it all, but for one Adams wasn't elected because of electoral college, also It wasn't Lewis and Clark naming Portland. If u want lessons on drinking or humor or being a meathead by all means have full trust and belief in Gillis. For history and lessons in government/politics, start reading or researching at your local library.
