This band rips. The whole tour package was a treat! Hats off to Rivers of Nihil for putting that tour together.
I was standing in that crowd. When the vocalist delivered those guttural bellows without the microphone it was such a powerful moment. The video doesn't do this moment justice. It was perfectly audible in that room and everyone just stood there in awe. Fucking killer band.
Saw them live too in Switzerland, you are truelly right! I've been to a lot of concerts and festivals these past 20 years but I never experienced such ingenuity! So simple but so powerful!!!

ha funny that is exactly what i thought, i dont think if i heard the songs again i'd able to say oh that's conjurer.
and NEUROSIS the God of this kind of music.
This band makes me feel the way listening to botch and converge made me feel. The feel of the band isn't super "modern metal" if I can call it that. it has a really late 90's mathy hardcore feel almost, but there is another dimension to it as well. This is easily my new favorite band in metal.
Hats off to whoever produced this. This band deserves a good sound mix for how dynamic they are

In defense of the crowd, their live set is so damn good you’re just focused on taking in the beauty. It really is entrancing.

In defense of the crowd, the music was incredibly boring.
Only song that had any structure was scorn.
Rest of the set was pretty basic.
From a sound perspective and entertainment perspective.
Nothing special, sounded very generic.
Vocals were okay but its mainly just growling, not much depth to highs / lows, no mix.
All the best to them, not really heavy in the slightest.
Why bother defending the crowd? People payed for the show they get to enjoy it at their own intensity.
One of the top bands playing shows right now. Great performance as usual. Awesome guys.
Found these guys on Audiotree live (lol) ........same set......still BRUTAL AF !!! Their album "Mire" is pretty dope too ;)
I keep coming back to this set in these lockdown times, so tight, so heavy, these guys will be pushing metal forward.

I caught these guys in Chicago on the Rivers tour. My favorite active band right now.
There are a few right now but Conjurer is definitely There! LIK, Havukrunuu, MØL, Svalbard, etc

Oh shit! At the end, the big vocalist dropped his guitar and it actually snapped the neck in two! Surely by accident 😂
Gibsons and Epiphones are really prone to snapping the neck at the headstock. Finding an old Gibson that has never had the headstock snapped gets increasingly more difficult.

@@serdiezv I'm pretty sure he had the Reverend for a while before the epiphone suffered its beheading. Tbh these guys use such a pick n mix of guitars it's difficult to keep track at times. I've seen them use Epiphone, ESP, Jackson, Charvel, Fender, Reverend, Jericho and I'm sure there's some other stuff too
