Thx, lets hope there will be better drivers later on for B580 as you say. If you make a new one it would be interesting to see if Linux can handle the overhead issues on B580 better when using a slow CPU than windows
I dont have a massive collection of cpus like hardware unboxed but I’ve been thinking a lot about how to evaluate the issues, and I’ve been keeping an eye on CPUs utilization with the games I’ve been testing since this video. I haven’t seen much of a cohesive pattern, though I usually only play at 1440p. Theres a chance that by the time Linux drivers are adequate, intel driver devs will have figured out the overhead issues too 😂😂😂
