About a month or two ago I was religiously watching Neme's uploads with his first exp with Dota 2. I'm pretty sure he's gained enough playtime to actually play with Drut, I'd be stoked to see several league streamers fuck around in Dota 2.
Nemesis fell off. Still playing in guardian/crusader pool. His community rating dropped for flaming. He didn't read skills and complained, yet I watched him and helped with patience. He switched the game.
I started playing dota like 2 weeks ago, i am having a ton of fun and Im liking it way more, not only that but the current event alone is way better than anything they've done in LoL and the candy shop is amazing how many cool things you can get for free. Although yeah, almost every champ is broken in some way. i still feel like it is fun ,and it helps a lot with the champ fantasies. You feel amazing when doing good. Dota 2 also has a lot of problems, and contrary to steam valve is not that good managign games but meh, they really cant be worse than Riot tbh, and also no fictional money, you pay in cash for all purchases.
Every hero is OP therefor nothing is. In my opinion on there are so many options with heroes and items that you can always do something. Making it less OP
I mean you can argue that Valve doesn't manage their Games as well. But their Games are still one of the most well designed, refined games that exist! They are extremely good at game design and quality. And it is really present in Dota, probably one of the most insanely well designed multiplayer games. They don't have the Game abandoned either as some other of their titles, specially in latest years and the game-changing updates. If they're bad at something is managing their Games appeal and marketing, wich Riot is insanely good at in comparison. Wich is the main reason why League is more popular despite being a mostly worse game overall.
Not every hero is broken, it just they're unique, it's something very hard to find in league, the current state of the game has some op heroes, but it's really fun, lot's of possibilities are viable, hope u have fun. Dota is far superior than league when it comes to strategy and dev quality
If you have experience in mobas is not as hard, but you will require some games. Just play juggernaut tbf he's the garen of dota and equally broken. I honestly prefer dota after trying it, and supporting valve is way better than Riot.
The way the game flows is VERY different from league, like you are expected to die early from ganks and some team comps make it nigh impossible to win it also requires alot of teamwork and support from teammates, and games last way longer on average due to the slow-paced gameplay

I am level 500 in league and have 1.2k hours in dota. After learning dota league just feels like a mobile game for kids. Insane how theres so little to do and people dont get bored. Guess thats why they need 20 minute games to not lose focus

After I learned how to play dota I can't go even 5 minutes of playing league without noticing several flaws. It's just constantly "why cant I manipulate the wave more/why can't I go do something in the jungle instead of just afk waiting for the next wave/why am I building long sword after long sword after long sword when playing lethality Champs, where is the variety?" League is so incredibly limited
@@h4xnslash900 I've been playing dota from 2007 to 2014, and I'm playing league since season 2. Game is outdated AF. You are still suffering wc3 bugs from 00's, which were transfered to dota 2. Plus skill ceiling is nothing in comparison to league.
Watching drut not pull creep agro a single time on a melee hero mid made me want to push my fingers into my eyes until i couldn't see anymore. 10/10, want more coz im masochist or something.
Got recommended this. They added passives like league passives. As well as paths named facets. I can see this is pre 7.36. from cosmetics I can assume you know how big dots patches can be even if you don't care and don't like it. This has to be one of the biggest and fame changing.

as someone who used to play league all the time and now plays dota all the time dota clarity is MUCH better once you're used to it, legit every spell has distinct visuals and sound effects
Yes, i play both of them a lot and it's just about familiarity biased, I tried smite again a couple of months ago and I felt it was super confusing, I guess is the same.

some heroes have legit close to 60% winrate xd

Yeah but Dota is completely balanced around pro. A 60% winrate hero can be complete dogwater on pro or very high mmr
still better mechanics in dota, that could fix league, but riot will never add them so players continue complaining
