It is so informative and emotionally satisfying to listen to you Fiona and Olivia. I resonate with so many things you mention like Gluten and histamine related health issues including mental, neurodiversity. All things that I have been figuring out on my own through feeling my body and researching. It's a lonely journey but now I feel I am almost 100% on top of things even if I still have occasional and sometimes frequent flares and still wanting to find the root cause but there has been improvement so I concentrate on that. I like the idea of journaling and trusting that I will get answers. Will give that a shot. I also use an app called 'Foody' that helps you track everything you eat and add notes, symptoms, etc. which was a savior in the first years of the diagnosis when I had to follow a specific diet and monitor my flares. So happy to have come across this podcast. I really enjoy the casual and warm way that you share this information. I really feel I am not alone in this and if 2 smart and beautiful women are able to overcome their health challenges and also be operational and able to work, then so can I! A big BRAVO to both of you 👏👏👏
Girrrrl! I felt exactly the same during cancer season, phew! You said it perfectly...happy to be in Leo season ✨
