  • 三杯鸡是一道江西特别的菜肴,目前在台湾非常流行,也开始在马来西亚受欢迎。三杯鸡的3杯调味料指的是酱油,麻油和米酒。三杯鸡在瓦煲里焖至鸡收汁,非常入味。我们也加了九层塔的叶子,让它的味道更加清新提味。这道菜肴做法容易,也适合拿来做坐月餐,配饭配粥都非常适合,大家不妨试试!
    Sanbeiji or 3 cup chicken is a very unique Jiangxi cuisine that has been made popular in Taiwan and now Malaysia. The 3 cups refers to the 3 seasonings which are soy sauce, sesame oil and rice wine. The chicken is simmered in a claypot with the sauces until it absorbs all the flavour. We also added basil leaves for a richer taste. This dish is also eaten as a confinement dish and it is so easy to prepare. 3 cup chicken is very tasty and goes well with white rice or porridge.     材料 ingredients
    半只菜园鸡 half free range chicken
    *腌制: 半茶匙盐,一点胡椒粉,1汤匙玉米粉
    *Marinate with half tsp salt, dash of pepper & 1 tbsp corn flour
    1碗九层塔叶子(25g)1 bowl of basil leaves (25g)
    1粒大葱 1 onion
    2条红辣椒点缀 2 red chillies for garnishing
    50g姜片 50g ginger slices
    8粒蒜瓣切半 8 garlic cloves cut into halves
    调味料 seasoning
    3汤匙麻油 3 tbsp sesame oil
    3汤匙酱油 3 tbsp soy sauce
    3-5汤匙米酒 3-5 tbsp rice wine
    (1-2汤匙淋在瓦煲上 1-2 tbsp drizzle around claypot)
    4粒冰糖 4 crystal rock sugar
