    材料 ingredients
    1. 8片大白菜 8 pieces of Chinese/ Napa cabbages
    2. 6-8朵黑木耳(浸泡至软)6-8 pieces of black fungus (soak till soften)
    3. 3朵冬菇 (浸泡后切片)3 mushrooms (soak and slice)
    4. 一小把金针菜 (浸泡)handful of dried lily buds (soak)
    5. 一小把发菜 handful of fatt choi
    6. 一束冬粉 (浸泡一下至软) 1 bunch of glass noodles (soak)
    7. 一片腐竹 (炸脆) 1 piece of beancurd skin (fry till crispy)
    8. 半支萝卜 (切片)half carrot (sliced)
    9. 几片姜 ginger pieces
    10. 1-2块红腐乳 1-2 pieces of red fermented beancurd
    11. 一汤匙斋蚝油 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
    12. 盐和酱油调味 season with salt and soy sauce
