    材料ingredients
    1颗大白菜1 Chinese cabbage
    3-4汤匙的幼盐 (腌制)3-4 tbsp of fine salt (to pickle)
    4汤匙的泡菜辣椒粉4 tbsp of kimchi red pepper powder
    2条萝卜 2 carrots
    搅拌 to blend
    1 颗大葱 1 onion
    1-2片姜 1-2 ginger slice
    20粒蒜瓣 20 garlic cloves
    10g的虾米10g of dried shrimp
    2 汤匙的鱼露 2 tbsp of fish sauce
    1汤匙糖1 tbsp of sugar
    *玉米粉加一点水煮成糊状
    Mix a little corn starch with water, cook it till it turns thick and sticky
