We sit in the car before going in the house because our nervous system needs to decompress. Coming and going can be dysregulating. It’s ok to ask someone for space when you get home. It’s ok to need a few minutes to yourself before you leave.

Yes girl!! I can honestly say I love my Hokas so much! I have flat feet and work at the hospital and they help my feet not feel sore and have so many styles! Another good brand is “on cloud 5” - absolutely loveeee ❤
I love hokas! I have a high arch so cant relate on that aspect but they are so comfortable for walking or just anything that has you on your feet for a while. I really like the arahi model!
