Thank You about Your great report! I have also Sei Giorni-model (2019) and my Vespa has had problems with speedometer as well. I understood that it was not a suprise for a factory when it was broken after two hundred kilometers. Monday is a good day for Sei Gioniäs ;)
Belt problems I have not faced, but my Sei Giorni is driven now just about 2500 km. Compared to my former Vespa GTS Super Sport (2012) I have an experience of more power and better handling specially when driving long distances. And no wobbling, just You told.
But the color... my GTS was orange, this is not. I don't say anything. My wife does :D

Thanks for this - it was really informative. I had a GTS 300 a few years back but I sold it to get a Forza because of the glitches that you mention here (wobbly steering and oil constantly oozing into the air filter). I am actually tempted to buy the "Sixties" HPE Vespa - one question. Does it handle motorways well? Let's say a 2000km summer trip across Italy.

Is it comfortable for the passenger with this type of seat on the Sei Giorni?
    Beautiful scooter

Love my 946 and did not know about the wobble you mentioned common on Vespas. Seems like a fix that is long overdue considering the price of these bikes.

Is it possible to get the sei giorni in a different color? I would love to get a Vespa that looks “old” if that makes sense. Basically where et looks more vintage ?

As far as I know, and I asked a local dealer, there is no color option for this model. And the old look comes from the headlight. The lamp installed on the fender resambles the original version of 6 giorni made in the 50'

The green of the former sei giorni is vintage!

    Hello
I have seen your comment on one Robo Vespa channel .this was about changing bigger rear tire. I have gts300 2008 model and orginal size for rear tire is 130/70/12...you have mentioned that you changed in your gtv to 140/70/12 ...i am wondering how you manage to improve max speed to 85 miles/h with this wider tire when peofile index remains the same : 70 ...or maybe 140/70/12 tire is little higher...in advance thx for reply. BtW nice channel...

Changing the tire on any models before the introduction of the HPE motors does nothing for your top speed, since you don't have a limiter in the fuel injection. What would do the trick for you is a Malossi Cylinder with 286 cc. That gets you about 10% power increase. BTW, don't be depressed by other people's claim of 85 miles top speed. They are going by their speedometer, and Vespa speedos always show 8-10% too much speed. Realistic 'normal' top speed for your Vespa is about 115 km/h or 71 mph. However, I would still change the tire size for the following benefits: Increased handling, tires last a lot longer, decreased revs, which protects the engine a bit, and much better with pot holes.

Wobbly speedo is a simple fix, remove inner cable and grease it😎

Well, actually, funny you say that, so am I. That Sei Giorni you see up there tried 3 times to kill me! The Belt snapped 3 times with top speed. I now own a SYM scooter.

@@Granto-ni9qw Yes, thank you, and happy eater to you! Just out of curiosity, why did you loose interest? For me it was the progressive loss of quality from Vespa, which made my long adventure trips more and more difficult. Should we start an ANTI-Vespa/Lambretta club?
      Cheers and best wishes!
