Where's the Smoke Coming From?

- 2000 Merceuiser 7.4mpi (454) w/ approx. 650 hours. Recently installed belt, steering pump, water pump, oil lines, hoses, and more. BUT WHY IS IT SMOKING when on plane (17-19 knots).
