Gaslighting | The Most Common Form Of Manipulation In A Relationship!

This video is about the most common manipulation tactic in relationship called gaslighting. In this video, I explain why manipulators, including narcissists, gaslight people in the first place. I also talk about how you know if you're being manipulated, and offer tips of what you can do if you're in a relationship with someone who is gaslighting you.
Manipulators and narcissists like to engage in gaslighting, because this is a way to get them to not take responsibility for their actions. But even worse, it makes you feel that you're perception is wrong, and makes you question your judgement.
