Low and fucking behold, it took me to a bitlocker switch, which I simply turned off. Whoever came up with this 'bitlocker' idea should be shot at sunrise.
I cannot access my laptop at all because bitlocker lock my hard drive. I'm also ready to throw away my laptop. How did you do a search for bitlocker and find the switch?
@@LaTasca18 In the search bar at the bottom of the screen. I just typed in "bitlocker" and it popped up with an optional switch to turn it off. That was on my desktop PC, but I also did the same thing with my new laptop and had the same results. Bear in mind that this was in windows 11.
Thank you. After I messaged you, I decided to try (again) to determine if I had a Microsoft account. I thought I had tried before and got a message saying there was no account for my email address. Anyway, I discovered that I did have a Microsoft account... and I found my bitlocker key. I was able to get back into my laptop! Thank You Jesus! I copied that darn key to about 9 different places!!

Dont play with bios settings if you dont know what you are doing i am stuck in the same situation. I disabled the secure boot and even after enabling it i cant get an access of my laptop this Microsoft thing is a complete shit
you shoud show how you can do how do you put your password, i have the password but my problem is the letters in keypad is not working, only numerical keypad is working

This is fine if you can open your C drive. I cant access my C drive and the recovery key isnt avalible

You can disable Bitlocker in control panel I'm pretty sure
