2:00 At the top left of your screen there’s a menu to spawn vehicles (Only works if not in sight of enemies)
6:34 If you go deep into the forest you’ll find a criminal base. Going inside will cause the AI crims to attack you (They have AK-47s), and they’ll also fight against the police
8:55 Vehicle pursuits work better in the grasslands, since in the city they just end up crashing and blocking the roads
11:50 Normally the helicopter isn’t that slow, but I think the lag was caused from the high number of police units in the game (Helos drops SWAT officers if you stay in one area)

The game got revamped a few days ago; police are now far better at vehicle pursuits and new units were added such as the DHS, NYSP SORT and sheriffs

Hey, I have a question. In VIP servers, theres an option to get wanted by the criminals, and the tutorial said that you can anger criminals to get some criminal heat. My queation is how do I anger some criminals in public servers?
Outlawed Reloaded is very good. It's also similar to GTA Games, BTW. It's almost Impossible to survive 6 Stars when you only have weak Weapons

There is another faction of police called corrections. It composes of New York Department Of Corrections (NYDOC) and Correctional Emergency Response Team (CERT) which you can meet by escaping the prison via punching the exit door many times.
