@charlieiscoollol188 Reloaded has more details and stuff to do but definitive has a bigger map still I believe. Overall, I'd go with reloaded because it's a revamped verison of definitive basically.

They appear on level 3 when rioters start dying

You can buy 5 of them for $1000 in the alleyway between the apartments and bigcash bank by talking to the mafia leader.
