I appreciate how you get busy not all the talking doing a upgrade soon on mine was going to upgrade the controls only and stay at 24v, but for a lil more work might as well go to 36 or 48v more power more speed is the goal
cool strip down little hint when undoing screws (left to loosen - Right to tighten)😅 so what's the overall plan for the project? are you going to upgrade the motor and battery capacity or just restore back to original state?

It's a habit I got. I allways tighten a little bit first. Then loosen them..
