    its basically every night for me for years now bro.. I train, I wake up early, I have times where I work a lot.. and still, somehow.. its difficult to sleep.. neverending cycle.. feel tired.. cant sleep.. meds did not help either.. at this point I am used to it and kinda became very functional while its going on, but I know it is not good
