@@MrDeanmfitz been doing sandbag stuff for about a year now, started off extremely weak and worked up to a 200lbs sandbag to shoulder, why you hating 😭
Haters will hate, due to their own insecurities. And they desperately crave attention. On my own channel I've learned the hard way, that the best way to deal with them is to simply ban them and delete their comments. Awesome channel and having recently discovered sandbags I can honestly say there is simply no single other training tool I've come across including kettlebells, that produces such incredible real world strength and overall satisfaction from using them. Keep up the great vids...subscribed
Ever since I bought my first sandbag which was a fitness style with the handles, I caught the SB bug! I started to invest a lot of time into using them and eventually worked up to a 200lb strongman bag that I can shoulder. Now I have an iron mind bag loaded to 225 that is kicking my butt to even lift it, but I just gotta keep working at it. There's no other lift to me personally that is more satisfying than lifting a heavy AF sandbag from the ground, to the shoulder, then slamming that MF'er down!
Man show me a strong sandbag or stone lifter and I show you a strong deadlifter sow me a strong deadlifter and I show you a mediocre sandbag/stone lifter
Hey great video man! It's crazy the number of people who go through life with their minds halfway turned off lol
sandbag training is a major component in my program! The benefits are immense!👍
I agree with you for sure
No its not. Youve tried it for a couple weeks max

sheeeesh tossed that 200lb like nothing! I'm at 150 and barely started tossing it over my shoulder. I subbed.
It is a skill altogether

The person who left that comment has never touched a sandbag in his life.
HAHAHA most likely
There is a saying in Germany:
"Freedom of speech/opinion means you CAN have an opinion. It doesn't mean you HAVE to."
Was that quote from an Austrian painter? lol
